Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

My second time staying in The Quin and can't recommend enough. Location in fantastic, one block away from Central Park, every day of my holiday started with a morning run/walk there. Could it be more idyllic? Staff is super attentive. the gym is quite comfortable and has a Peloton bike. Will definitely go again

United KingdomI booked this hotel via booking.com because it included breakfast in the price. When we arrived we were told we’d receive 10% off the cost of breakfast in the new restaurant next door. So we ate there the first morning of our trip and was served a tiny pastries basket which were all stale and cold coffee and two main breakfasts which cost us $60!! Obscenely expensive for mediocre, old and cold food! We didn’t eat there again. We were given a room which was very nice and clean with a frosted window and a view of the building mechanics. It was dark and depressing! So we requested a room change and was given one the following day thankfully. That room was great with a view of the street below which was so much better.

We called reception to advise and they were really rude (unlike the rest of the staff we experienced) It was a bit like it isn’t our problem! Well we hadn’t given the number to anyone, so after the unhelpful reception desk person hung up on us, when we asked to speak to the management - is was easier to pull the plug out of the phone. No apology was given!!
Easy access to the subway, but away from the crowds. Local coffee shops open at 5am!

IrelandNo bar on site within hotel but there was plenty of options within a short walk from the hotel.
Location was ideal with lots of attractions close by. The subway was directly outside hotel and another line was within a short distance. Our trip was great due to the wonderful warm welcome we received, when we entered the hotel for the first time on our arrival, and every single time we moved in/out of the hotel. Every single staff we met, was friendly and very courteous. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with assisting us with some of the questions.

United KingdomThe pictures advertised can be a bit misleading as I believe most of the pictures are of a suite / studio room, and there aren't many of a standard room, which is what we booked. The property does not offer breakfast or has any dinner/room service, but we were already aware of this when booking from reading previous reviews, so it did not bother us. There are also quite a few of restaurants close by / next to the hotel that have good food. Overall we did really enjoyed our stay at The Quin hotel and would definitely stay there again.
The hotel location is superb, as so many attractions are located within walking distance: Central Park, MoMA, Rockefeller Centre, Times Square, Broadway and 5th avenue; There are also a few subway stations very close by, so it is very easy to travel within Manhattan. The hotel staff were very helpful and housekeeping was great! The room and bathroom were standard size, nicely decorated, have AC and electric blackout curtains, and I loved having the Nespresso machine in the room.

Stayed 5 nights. The first impression I had upon entering the hotel was “it’s nice’. The hotel lobby, elevator, carpets and room were clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional. They reached out to me asking if I wanted or needed any assistance. The room (15th floor) was quiet, could rarely hear any sirens from emergency vehicles, could not hear street noise or my neighbors. The room had ample storage for clothes and our luggage (under the bed). The window was large providing loads of light and had black out shades operated electronically. The bathroom was extremely bright, clean they provided everything I required. Our room had a couch that was a bonus place to sit and read. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. There was a HUGE TV that faced the bed. Numerous lamps throughout the room provided lights for different purposes (reading lights for bed were nice). The location of the hotel is stupendous. Walking distance to many of the NYC metro, shopping, Times Square, 5th ave, subway & restaurants.
