The room was small for the number of people. Beds were occupying the whole room. One chair for 5 person. We used the just for sleeping.

The hob (2 ring) did not work. The low battery 'beep' started the day before we left - we reported this but no-one came to rectify so could not sleep. Only 2 chairs for the table. No glasses for drinks. No cupboards in bedrooms for clothing.

Location, accommodation was clean and tidy. Two separate bedrooms.

The room was smaller than it looked in the photos and with 3 adults and luggage we were tight for space. The bathroom is very small and anyone larger than us would find it difficult.

The check-in process was a bit confusing at first as there was a second check-in the day after.

Although a small room it had everything you need, a kitchen area, an en-suite and storage. The location was perfect, right next to the Empire State Building.

Space was quite cramped for 5 adults but we managed as only used for sleeping in. Kitchen very basic - had fridge but no oven or grill, no kettle or microwave or a toaster. We had to boil water for a cup of tea in a saucepan and improvised making toast using a frying pan on the hob - but it worked😅

No hidden extra charges/taxes payable on arrival which was a biggie. Easy check in and check out, reception always manned. Location was good, just around the corner from Macys. We walked to most places from here but the subway is near and taxi dropped us off/picked us up from right outside property to/from airport. The room was spotless and modern (think Ikea) and there were 2 double beds and 2 double bunkbeds which meant each of the kids had their own double bed and they were really comfy. Overall this was a cheap budget alternative to a hotel as we are a family of 5 adults and therefore only had to pay for one room and it worked out really well for a short break.

From the pictures we had the impression that the room was a bit larger than it actually was. It would have been nice to have more shelves in the room.

Everything in the room was new and in excellent condition. The room was very clean and even though we were in the middle of the city, it was very quiet.

There were some loud noises like pipes banging together at random times every night- the 3 nights we stayed- so we did not get a good nights sleep.

The place is small for the people. There were not enough chairs, and there was hair in the fridge and the bathroom.

Overall is a great value for what you pay. The location is excellent, the place is as the pictures. The bathroom is spacious, and the beds comfortable, the small kitchen has what we needed. Henry is super welcoming, and the luggage storage service for free is a plus.

Quite noisy. Lift clunked when in use and smoke alarm in the hall outside chirped every minute - all night! Went downstairs in the middle of the night to ask reception if they could do anything about it and they said they couldn’t. Got no sleep.

Neighbours sometimes got a bit rowdy and people were smoking and definitely weed too which was fine as long as you didn’t need to go in and out the corridor. A few plumbing noises which seemed to come from other the use of other apartments.

Well located in Midtown Koreatown. Quirky accommodation in that a number of different hosts manage different parts but our hosts were exceptional. Very responsive and super helpful. The room was cosy and had a kitchenette and private bathroom but good to have the option of the shared bathroom when we all had to use at the same time!
