We had problem with the check-in: the key didn’t work, I required it three times. This took about 30 minutes.

Clean and safe. Subway just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite! The view from the room was amazing, breathtaking.

Room 1304 had a consistent noise. The first time we told the cleaning team about it they said it was something to do with the fire alarm system, and all the rooms had the noise. The next time when we approached someone at the front desk, a maintenance guy came and replaced an HVAC hose, and quickly which we liked. The next time the noise happened, and btw, every time it was repeatedly, the person working the night desk at 6 am said he could either send a maintenance guy right now or I would need to talk to a manager once they came on duty at 8 AM. My husband was still sleeping so I didn’t want the maintenance guy right then. I asked if he could have the manager contact me and he said it would be best if I followed up. That seemed less than ideal to me.

We have to wait at least 5 - 10 minutes before getting into the escalator / lift during peak hours.

Had to wait for the elevators to get down especially in the mornings. Rooms are small and not enough closet space.

Location was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was good. Lot of people for the breakfast but their system worked well and not too much waiting in line. Beds were comfy.

The elevators were slow. I took the stairs but my husband needs to ride. Maid service was a bit in consistent. You need to be up and out early if you want maid service.

Superior location. Just a few blocks from Hudson Yards, Pier 57, the Little Island and many great restaurants. Just a two to three stop subway ride to Lincoln Center.

Waiting time for the elevators in the morning is very long. Breakfast os very crowded and not that good.

The location of the hotel is great, one more bonus - it is walking distance from the PEEN Station. The room was perfectly cleaned every day. Very helpful staff at the reception.

If you are on top floors, lift takes a while on rush hours (breakfast) . Easier to walk down the stairs ;)

Great location. Comfortable room with small perfect kitchen - all amenities required for cooking or just having a tea. Fridge , dishwasher , kettle , coffee machine, cutlery and all you need to do it yourself! Very comfortable bed and good shower / bathroom . Silent room as we requested with beautiful city views. Breakfast served daily with choice for healthy or not so healthy meal, up to you ! Staff : reception desk 7/10 , cafeteria 8/10 cleaning service 10/10

Nothing! But it would be convenient to have some wall hangers or hooks in the room to hang you coats on!

The location is perfect! Right outside of Penn station. It’s on the 28st, a road full of flowers shops so it was quite during the night. We attended the convenient complimentary breakfast at 6.30-7.00 am as it was started getting busy but never had to wait in line, anyway there’s someone from the staff managing the tables and the flux of people, they’re doing their best to offer a smooth breakfast experience. The room with the Kitchenette was sparkling clean every day and had everything you need to cook. They offered luggage storage, which was very convenient on our check out day.

I purposely moved to this hotel to have coffee available and the hotel was out of regular coffee packets for the rooms. Thankfully there was coffee available in the lobby much of the time. Very small room. Just a small corner of lobby to sit in.

Breakfast was good and well managed. Great location, central for everywhere we wanted to go in Manhattan. Dog friendly.

The room is very small. I understand it, because it's Manhattan, but still - there is no space for cases. We were living like refugees.

Great localization. One minute from the nearest metro station (Line 1). Fantastic view from the 20th floor. Very clean. Great job for that.

Not a major issue but the shower door wasnt a good fit and quite a bit of water leaked onto the floor. This would not stop us booking the hotel again.

Fantastic breakfast with great choice which was varied each morning. The room was a great size with the kitchen facilities and breakfast bar which enabled us to reheat food and have dinner in our room after a long day sightseeing. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The room was kind of small for a 9 nights stay, the doors were very loud. Even if you try not to make any noise they slammed. The hotel was overcrowded, too much waiting time for the elevators and breakfast. Breakfast was kind of low quality

The breakfast was surprisingly hearty with hot food but not the best quality. We were grateful for it every morning though. The pillows were not good and the room and bathroom were very small but we were not in the room very much so was fine in the end. Also the elevator waits could be long so we were happy to be on the the 3rd floor.

The location was perfect for us, the 1 train was very handy. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Being on the 3rd floor was very helpful to not have to be reliant on the elevators. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

If you don't organize the times for the lift and breakfast well, you risk wasting a lot of time.

Varied breakfast, rooms equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for visiting the city, close to the subway.
