WiFi didn’t work in room and room was only cleaned once of my 3 night stay. I asked them to check the shower as the head was loose but this was never done. Luckily I was only there to sleep but it was disappointing

Perfect location for exploring the city. And passable if you are spending little time in the hotel Room was clean on arrival.

A door on the shower would help, as well as a mini fridge. Also the latch to lock the door was broken

Location was good near Times Square, staff was polite, I liked that the room had more light than just bedside lamps

The location is excellent. The hotel is very close to Times Square. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel itself was old and dilapidated. The shower flooded the bathroom because the shower screen didn’t even cover where the water was going even when nobody was in the shower. We have to lay out 2 towels which were sopping wet to avoid our whole bathroom flooding as the water just ran straight out. We had also prepaid through booking.com and the hotel charged us $500 daily from our card due to a ‘credit system error’ in the hotels system and apparently it happens regularly….. are they just preying on people that don’t check their bank accounts? We are still waiting for our money to return to our account… Also, The shower head was literally coming out of the wall and the roof was not even painted.

Was in a really good location. Staff were lovely however management seriously needs a boot up the bum with their lack of care regarding facilities and client treatment with systems which I’ll elaborate more on below. The beds were also incredibly comfortable.

Extremely small room. Shower worked well but have only 1/2 widow door to keep water in. No bath mat provided. Always had to wipe up water with towels. After taking showers the room became very humid as there wasn’t a good ventilation system in the bathroom as well as the air conditioner not working properly. No mini fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. No bar or coffee shop in lobby. Elevators were small, there are two, but lengthy wait times to use. Only 1 working ice machine on a different floor for all guests to use. Construction on lobby doors which exposed the lobby.

Conveniently located near Times Square. Maid staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

For the price, this is a bare bones room. I know you're paying for location, but it still hurts me to spend so much and get so little.

It's fine but is in need of an update

The staff weren't the friendliest on check in and I didn't have much other interaction with them but they could at least put on a smile and pretend like they want to be there, they felt quite hostile, after all the guests are paying their wages so a smile would be nice. It was fine. The whole place could do with maintenance/updating though. The bedside light didn't work and having the plug socket on the other side of the room to the bed was annoying. I did have to ask twice for towels when I first arrived and apparently their supplier was late delivering them which is fine but either don't let people check in until you have the towels or let them know when they check in so they know what to expect. I'd just got off a 7 hour flight and the first thing I wanted to do was shower! The bathroom was also absolutely tiny! I was only using the room to sleep and shower so it was fit for purpose but still in dire need of updating and just more attention to detail, some parts of the room seemed a bit bodged and paint needed touching up. Only 1 lift (elevator) was working for my whole stay so I often had to wait a good few minutes for the lift-- I was on the 8th floor and to be honest I had no idea where the stairs were, this information was not provided at check in and the lift was pretty small but I was only in out and of the hotel once a day and left plenty of time to get down to the lobby. Generally, more information needs to be given on check in, rather than being given a piece of paper with a lot of information, there were lots of things I didn't realise about the hotel until I'd been there for a couple of days but would have been helpful to know on check in.

I found the WiFi to be pretty stable, I watched episodes of shows on Netflix without issue. The location is very central which I look for as a solo traveller.

The first room that was reserved for us had a broken bunk bed and was really small compared to the Premium Queen advertised online. The staff was polite and moved us immediately. However, the bathroom shower in the room they moved us to literally screamed with a weird noise while we were showering. There was a lot of chipping paint and there was residual tape on the headboard. The rooms were also really dim. The elevator wait time was ridiculous. They only have 2 of them and 1 was broken most of the weekend. We typically used the stairs.

It was centrally located to Times Square and the Theatre District

Some of the staff was quite rude. Our room did not have some of the basic things that, I believe, are expected in a hotel room such as a mini fridge or a devise to make coffee or tea.

The location was convenient. The beds were comfortable. Many of the staff were very kind and helpful.
