Staff issue forced me to leave unexpectedly when they failed to extend my reservation for the third week. Disgusted this is how it ends and on my birthday!

Location was accommodating. Pet fee was not disclosed but expected. However 20/day is excessive. Housekeeping seemed irritated that I refused their once a week cleaning bc I did it every day when I had to go ask for trash bags and toilet paper and clean towels every third day. Military habits. I extended here a week and would do it again.

Very nice, cozy, clean and stylish hotel. Fast internet, free Showtime account connected to tv. All is great, just no kitchen staff (no plates, forks, pots, nothing actually)

Disliked · The staff was not accurate about the service provided. The staff in the morning told me different things from the staff in the afternoon. I end up staying more days and the rate end been more expensive than the one on Booking.com Plus I was supposed to make the payment on the first day of the 3 extra days I was staying. Then, They call me without letting me know in advance that if I paid after 1 pm(The Staff called after 1 pm) they will charge me an extra 30 plus dollars which I end up paying.

1. The strangest thing is that even though the hotel chain promotes a "full kitchen", there is absolutely not one single item provided - no cups, no silverware, no pots or pans to use to cook or anything else. If the hotel is not going to supply any of these items they should make that VERY clear. Are travelers supposed to travel on a plane with their own pots, pans and coffee cups. There is a microwave and stove top and they are essentially useless. 2. Even though there are signs all over the hotel specifying that guests need to wear masks in all public places, apparently that does not apply to staff members. Only Zina and the cleaning lady on our floor regularly wore masks. Many of the front desk staff and other workers did not. 3. There is no trashcan or trash room in site on any floor or in the lobby. There are small trashcans in the room but since cleaning service is only provided weekly, you have to haul your own trash bags to the trash bin outside of the hotel if they fill up quickly or if you have any larger trash items.

1. The bed was comfortable. 2. Plenty of storage room 3. The bathroom was clean and large. 4. The room and hotel were generally quite even though located close to the freeway. 5. Zina - one of the staff members - was excellent and courtesy - far above any of the others. Plus she always wore her mask.

Internet / wifi was unreliable at times (kept having to re log in, and password changing), and even when it was working it was slow relative to US standards. Room servicing was missed - I was promised a room servicing on Tuesdays but the first one was missed (and when I brought this up the customer service were lackadaisical about it, saying to wait til the next round or that they'd come on Monday (they didn't), they only came again the next Tuesday). This place has a stove but no utensils or things e.g. no pan to cook with, no cutlery or plates. Confusing if the idea is that you have to buy these things or bring them? confusing and not practical, realistic or cost effective for a person travelling by plane

Mostly good value for money relative to other places in Austin, reasonable amount of space in the room and well thought out in terms of power points and chairs etc. The building had an internal laundry and dryers which were cost effective.

1. I was awaken by a generator late at night and had to be relocated to a different room. 2. The hallway light illiminated through the side of the door unlike most hotels where the light illuminate from the bottom. This could rectified by placing a towel underneath the door. In the case, of this hotel there was no such option. 3. I wonder if the staff i sbeing asked to do too much. They are rarely at the front desk as they are cleaning and washing most of the time.

I could see an effort being made to keep the hotel clean and quiet. The hotel felt safe and secure.

I appreciated having a large fridge and cabinet space, but the counter space was not enough so it made it hard to cook. I think an extra table should be added to the room specifically for that.

The room was a great size and the kitchen area was too. The staff was helpful with answering questions and meeting my requests.

I was attacked and nearly raped inside my room and was screaming for help while my attacker beat me in the hallway and they kicked me out of the hotel after I got back from the hospital, the female manager entered my room while I was sleeping , thankfully my girlfriend was awake during that time and was able to stop her from coming in with no warning , the day after I was literally attacked and beaten . she had zero remorse and said that reguardless of what happened to me we had to leave . As a woman , this place is NOT safe . The other guest will watch you be harmed as well and not do anything about it , even if you are begging for mercy . Not a safe place and definitely not woman friendly.

There's nothing I didn't like about this place

I love the young lady up front and the man that usually works I believe during the day or during the afternoon they are very helpful friendly and just adorable and went far and beyond to accommodate everything we needed if I had it my way I'd stay here and live here as my apartment I just still might do that I'm in between right now deciding what I want to do after the loss of my 14 year old son who was killed on the highway on 29 in Liberty Hill year and a half ago and my mother I lost about a month ago and I'm just in between places to live and these people have been super helpful and I don't know what I would have done without these people and you guys everyone here is awesome thank you so much for the incredible experience! God bless
