I liked everything no complaints

it was nice and peaceful easy to get to and was close to Disney universal a Walgreens was close by with in walking distance for things you may need. a gas station right across the street and lots of shopping super close by.

May need some minor update to the bathroom, toilet has running water, shower needs some place to put shampoo and body wash, etc.

Location is pretty central, close to many restaurants and shops. Spacious with nice kitchen and common area for family gathering. Balcony is nice with view to the pond and walking trail. Very convenient to do laundry with washer and dryer within the unit.

The bed spread and sheets were not all clean in one unit. Finding the buildings for our rooms was a little frustrating. Two rooms were nearby, but in different buildings, but, the third room was in a different area of the property and behind a different gate. We figured it out.

Loved the location. It is next to International Drive yet not as busy. Restaurants are near-by. There was a game room on premise connected to the pool area so I was able to be with family no mater which activity they chose. The children loved it! There was a nice trail for running or walking and a basketball court nearby. The condos were beautiful and spacious enough for other family to visit. It is close to Sea World. We were able to watch evening fire works from our lake view balcony. I took the time and went for a last minute foot reflexology appt at Angel Hands Wellness Massage Spa that was a treat from a family member which was an absolutely wonderful experience! This trip is a definite do over!

Goodness! With as wonderful as the place was the advance multi page contract, rules and instructions required an advance degree to wade through. Email after email kept arriving with more verbiage to read. It was like having a stay at Fort Knox. Absolutely ridiculous and I would forego a repeat visit there for those reasons alone, besides which it was extremely pricey. Someone needs to retool all their advance directives and streamline the process. You just go in thinking you’ll end up with a huge fine for missing some small detail.

We rented a beautiful apartment and it worked well for a family group. Very spacious with nice decorating. Big dining table and two conversation areas. The pool was large and useable even with a crowd there.

I thought it was a resort and not a residential condominium, I found the access to the pool uncomfortable, by the name resort I expected much more, I felt in an airbnb house not in a Resort. hygiene and access to the owner is excellent, but I cannot call this place a resort. I do not agree with the fees paid when referring to a Resort, because it is not

We only had one issue when we first got there the door code that was provided did not work and when we initially tried calling, messaging and emailing no one was responding so I was nervous and annoyed. We kept trying and did get in touch with someone who reset the code and after about 30 mins we were able to get in.

Very dirty in some places- multiple items under the couch and bed left by previous visitors, the guest bathroom door had something spilled down it that had been there for a while (hardened with dirt and hair stuck to it), the shower had mold/mildew, the door handle to the master bathroom is broken, the master toilet became clogged (obviously an ongoing issue due to the plunger by the toilet) but the plunger was very cheap and just flipped inside out when used. Almost had to call for assistance at 2 am. Recommend replacing plunger with a better one. The dryer does not work well. Washed one load and was unable to get it dry. Also advertised as having a pull out couch, but no linens were available to make bed, so we were unable to use that bed. Also the mattress protector on the pullout was FILTHY with many stains. Gross. **lost an airpod there, please notify us if it is located**

The late checkin time.

I liked the convenience of having a laundry room, I loved the spacious condo, the lake view was amazing, access to the pool was perfect as our condo was not far from the pool. Overall it was a peaceful and restful vacation and unit. Just what we wanted and needed. Orlando Escapes was also near to our favorite shopping outlets. Will stay again definitely!
