Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The price. The cafe prices are ridiculous, I paid $11.60 US for a oatmeal latte with a shot of vanilla!

Room to small No shower stall had to step over bathtub. We are seniors! Bus to Disney was bad and took way to long to arrive at resort!

There is no theming to speak of so can be considered a little bland if you’re looking for that

Everything was great. If I had to name one disappointment…the only thing that I can think of is that the water pressure in the shower could be better.

It would be better to provide more info about the charter bus services. The charter bus not always on time, and I could not find the stop when I want to go back to the hotel, if I didn’t take bus to park in the morning.
Good location, it is allocated at one end of the broad walk, Newer facilities and very friendly staffs

Stayed 4nights had issues checking in and out when room was paid a month in advance and they tried to keep my incidental deposit claiming there was smoking in the room.Didn’t have any signs of it so they sent security to double check and there was nothing so they posted the money back on my card and by the way my checkout date was on MLK day.

Immaculately clean and very quiet rooms. Could not hear traffic nor room neighbours. We like a little walk, so the short walk from the ferry/Epcot /HStudios was fine. Amare was a great find, great food and beverages all served very quickly.

Nothing except it was a shame that they only had one main restaurant so you needed to go out if you did not want to eat in the only restaurant they had

We surprised at how small the rooms were at the Reserve. For the four of us it did not provide a lot of extra space and there was no room to put our luggage. The only other complaint would be the coffee makers in the rooms. These were not up to par with a nice resort. We have stayed at Opals, JW's and they all have very nice coffee makers in the rooms. I would suggest upgrading.
We really enjoyed the Swan Reserve. We have stayed at the Dolphin and found it to be great as well but very outdated and the rooms very small. We prefer smaller hotels. The special holiday events were great-carolers, selfie station, and decorations. Location was amazing and the bus to the parks was convenient and on time. The entire staff from check-in to dining to housekeeping were amazing and very friendly. Thank you for a nice experience.

Everything… we have researched all hotels around Disney property and this checks all the boxes for us. Very modern and new, spacious rooms for families, convenient breakfast on the go, great bar to relax after long day, early park entry and walking distance to Epcot. Can get any better.

Price for the kids breakfast buffet I felt was not worth the money. Remind the housekeeping staff to replenish the shampoo and conditioner.
The breakfast buffet was very good. The pool facilities were excellent. Plenty of towels. Bar servers were great! Staff throughout the hotel were knowledgeable and welcoming. Cleaning our room every day and making the beds was wonderful.

Pool area not massive and at times a bit too busy. Do have access to the other pools at Swan and Dolphin hotels but have to cross the road to get there.
A great hotel. Located just on edge of Epcot/Hollywood studios - Disney Boardwalk area. Meaning good and easy access to these parks. Our hotel view was excellent - paying that bit more for theme park views. Good size room with booking the suite. Facilities in the room were great.

This was the most amazing Disney Hotel!we had the chairman suite with an Epcot view. Definitely worth the cost. The location was perfect, direct ferry to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Short walk to the board walk. Access to 3 amazing resorts. Incredible view of fireworks every night! Amazing room, incredible restaurants. Nothing short of perfect!
