Not much given the price. We just wanted a clean bed, no bugs, a clean and working bathroom and air conditioning. The poor little air conditioner was very noisy bc it seems to be on its last legs or the filter hasn’t been changed in awhile. There was a leak behind our toilet that I reported to the owner and he seemed very grateful to receive that information. Rooms are not modernized at all, except for new shower curtain and curved shower rod (but I didn’t care given the price). But the walls could use a good cleaning. Marks and stains everywhere, especially near the baseboards.

The front desk guy he was a nice person just didn't care at all that he was going to allow me and my children to stay in a hot room with a broken ac and it was other rooms available not accommodating at all.

I like the location..Also like the guy Jose I believe he was the housekeeper/maintenance, he was very helpful because of him I stayed at the hotel he helped with a ac issue.

There were a lot of things I did not like the hotel is also a rooming house and also residents live there who live in Williamsburg Virginia and the people that's live there are not all that neighborly.

Stayed from Thursday to Sunday morning and house keeping didn't clean once. We had to ask for towels on Friday but towels were restocked Saturday. It would have been nice if the trash was at least emptied and the floor vacuumed but since we weren't there doing the day very much it wasn't a huge deal. We made the beds ourselves every morning out of habit.

Location was great for our needs. Room was clean and met our needs.

Requested queen room- was given 2 double beds - changed back to queen on r request. Room next door was ‘smoking’ and we suffered the smell throughout 1st nite. Coffee maker in room- But no hot cups. Coffee pack in room but no creamers/sugar. One side of hotel seems to be full time occupancy (obvious with flower pots and lounge chairs Outside rooms) with fair supply of parking— side with combo by-the-night & full-time rentals had very limited and tight parking. Bit uncomfortable with many people hanging out outside their rooms, smoking, talking (sometimes loud) and drinking until very late at night. Needs an overall good cleanup and update to rooms. Probably would not stay here again

The room was not clean as it smelled so badly and it didn’t look good at all. Noise from the train just behind the house. The staff was unfriendly and I felt uncomfortable with his service.

I had to sleep at the foot of the bed to even feel any remnant of the air conditioning. The carpet felt very sticky and dirty.

When I arrived in the late afternoon, the curtains were open (which was fine), with the sun beaming in. The AC was off and the room was extremely hot. It never cooled off after turning the AC on.

People that lived there sat at the pool 20 hours a day smoking weed so we did not feel comfortable going down there. Tub could have been fixed. Could have had more towels.

It is extremely ghetto ,, music from pool area playing rap so loud i had to put on headphones while in room in order to sleep , weed and alcohol all day and night til pool closed so if you were with family, the pool and area would not be usable unless you put on doo rags and platinum caps on your kids teeth so they didnt stand out from the crowd ,,

The staff were very nice and the place is set up nice and cozy , the ghetto people living there make it very trashy and play music for everyone to hear whether you like it or not

we booked a 11am booking with this app and when we got there we had to wait 3 hours before we could get our room and when we got our room the coffee pot had coffee in it that has sat there so long that it had mold on top of it the lighting didn’t work properly neither did the bathroom fan there were stains and burn holes in the beds
