Cleaning staff member wasn't that friendly when we asked for extra washcloths on our second day. Only gave us 1 and said that's all she had.

Our room was not re checked after it was cleaned, and all the pots and pans were left out on the table, all the pillows were in disarray on the bed and the couch bed was halfway pulled out so we had to tidy up and rearrange the room when we first got there, which was unexpected

I propped the front door open and my room door open to bring my things in and a few of my friends were inside talking and he just went inside the room no further than the doorway but still he shouldn’t have done that. But he did report a spot on the carpet when he peeped in.

The pool the most because Saturday my grand children and a few other family members came over we decided to go to the pool. The way the pool is set up ALL people could enjoy the pool. Kids older adults handicap someone in a wheelchair I LOVED THIS THE MOST ABOUT THE RESORT

The pool bathrooms need more attention throughout the day. The smell from them ruined being in the indoor pool and hot tub. We tried again in the evening and it was still the same as it was in the morning.

Very relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. Kid friendly. Everything we could need was available.

Bathrooms were not as clean as I would hope. The staircase leading up had a lot of stuff on it, so I know it's no vacuumed often.

love the two bedroom condo we rented. And how it backed into woods. Felt more relaxing sitting on the porch not staring at a major road with cars whizzing by. Our A/C did stop working on us while there, but they quickly came and resolved the issue! Overall a wonderful stay while visiting Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. The beds were extremely comfortable!

The Internet was very poor and the connection was in and out. Cell service was not very good, so we were really dependent on the WiFi for our autistic toddler's tablet.

Everything was great. The facility was clean, wonderfully stocked, and was a home away from home.

The unit layout was spacious and the bathrooms are enormous.. The unit was dated and the furniture had plenty of nicks.

The location was good and you could not beat the price. The unit was larger than expected and the sauna in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise.

We used this hotel for my daughters wedding preparation. the place was big enough to get the Bride, and 3 brides maid ready for her special day/. It was close to the wedding venue and the staff was very very nice.

I didn't like the back door, I felt that it needed more safety devices than your standard lock.

The room was very spacious. My husband was in a wheelchair and the room had plenty of room for him to move around!!

Some furnishings could have been better maintained, like updating cabinet finishings and painting walls. Experience with staff was mixed with some being friendly and others seeming annoyed with guests.

Exceptional value with a large 2 bedroom unit with a kitchenette and living room. Everything felt very clean with easy access to area attractions and restaurants.

I didn’t like that our fire place inside our suite didn’t work and our room was supposed to have two stove top burners but it didn’t.

I loved the accommodations. I liked the pool and spa area and the location of the property was closed to a lot of attractions.

We stayed last year at this resort and our room was exceptional. This year was not near as nice. I guess we lucked up last year and got a renovated room this year our room was old and gloomy. I wanted to stay here because of how nice our room was has I known it would looked like it did I wouldn’t have booked here. Also tub was dirty and it was a sunflower seed on a chair …just not sure how clean it was honestly. Made me and the kids a little grossed out. Again was disappointed in the room for sure compared to last years stay. Not sure we will book again.

This was the first time I had stayed at The Vacation Club. The property and grounds were nice. Everything exceeded my expectations. We'll definitely return.

Full kitchen availability would be a great added bonus so that we don't have to eat out every meal. The check in process was a bit tedious, especially since we have stayed here before.

I like the double ensuite setup of the rooms. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space in the suites to feel settled. The kitchenette was clean and on site laundry is a bonus.
