Only the number of stairs to my Suite in Arcadia, which is really beautiful, and spacious, but lots of Stairs to reach te Bedroom

The Breakfast was really sumptuous and a large spread including the Shakshuka which was delicious.

We loved the view from the rooftop. The food was amazing, breakfast was great and lunch/dinner menu was brilliant too, you have to try the milk tart. The outside area is great to sit with a book and a drink in the early evening. The decor and ambiance of the property is lovely

I really cannot think of anything that I would have liked differently!

Nothing - perfect stay and we didn’t want to leave!

Everything. Dorp is exceptional in every single way. It’s difficult to convey the atmosphere and welcome, but akin to visiting friends. I have never stayed somewhere so relaxed and felt so at ease. The hotel itself is stunning even better than the photographs (if that is possible !). The gardens and terraces provide breathtaking views over Cape Town and Table Mountain. Our room was magnificent, the bed was enormous and soooo comfortable. Early morning coffee on our private terrace gazing at Table Mountain was a highlight of the holiday. Breakfast was faultless. We would like to thank everyone at Dorp for such a wonderful stay and we will be back!

We don’t have anything negative about the property, some people may have wanted a pool to sit around but it didn’t bother us.

The staff are excellent and make you feel at home straight away, the property is in a great location with great views over Cape Town. Its interiors are brilliant and it’s very clean.

It was necessary to get taxi/ubers to the hotel as it was up a steep hill. This did not both us and meant we had incredible views.

Dinner could have been better given the very high standards of everything else.

Absolutely wonderful mystical place - straight out of White Lotus :) loved it so much, the staff was exceptionally wonderful! Would stay again!! Very clean, great location, beautiful property, delicious breakfast.

The only thing I can think of is that the hotel is up a very steep hill which many Uber drivers did not like, however it was still possible to get Ubers so not a huge issue.

The decor is beautiful, food is extremely high quality and the staff are all lovely, helpful, happy people. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The views of the city are incredible. I wish I could have stayed longer!

One minor improvement is that we didn’t get a full intro to the hotel when arriving, so we weren’t aware of the pools and where we can walk. So keep in mind to do this for all guests. Otherwise, just perfect!

Absolutely stunning facilities with beautiful pools and extremely friendly staff. We loved the food as well!
