Couldn't sleep because there were making noise,playing music in the middle of the night.Who does that like seriously,the other guy was drunk and was shouting the entire night,couldn't sleep,worst lodge ever,goodness gracious!! Once inside the only form of payment they use is cash which is inconvenient for us who do not like carrying cash around..Was very pissed when the host told me there is no change ,instead for her to go look for change ,she started narrating stories about being the only worker so she can't leave.That was totally unprofessional!!!!l had to look for a change,that was not good hospitality, never gonna use this lodge again

There was no light in the room,only the bathroom.toiletseat was loose.both taps in the bath was gone.the matress is hollow.

First the way I was welcomed.. The host did not know I was coming... She asked me for proof of payment. Also kitchen was dirty. Water was off. Was no warm water available. Other people in and out during the night.

The wi-fi couldnt necessarily reach our room and it was quite poor. The shops are also quite a distance away from the home.

It was not professional at all. They double booked our room and the people who would be staying there were going to be only there for 5 hours so who knows what they were doing. The manager threatened to leave us to sort ourselves out and is giving us is the run around with our refund

1.They took forever to clean the pool. We stayed there 4days without using the pool 2.Not changing bedding and towels. Lots of cockroach, no enough utensils to use in the kitchen 3. Not having remote for the big gate they limit our movement since they are the one who control the remote during our stay. 4. One combined toilet with a shower for two separate rooms is horrible. If someone take a shower and other is pressed it's a disaster

Room was double booked, asked guests to wait in their car to 20:30, so that “day” guests could shower and leave. Guests couldn’t wait on a Sunday evening, for booked room, they travelled, the day at the hospital and was tired! Now I am struggling to get my money refunded!

The fact that the TV did not work and that everyone used 1 bathroom, I would of preferred if the room and it's only built in bathroom

The room was modernised, the fact that there was a pool, it's located in a nice, safe and secure area as well as the home itself was kept clean and neat at all times

The manner in which the owner and the lady that opened for us talked to us. The place was dirty inside. The owner was rude on the phone. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We did not stay, as we were told that we will have to share a bathroom with other guests. The owner was rude and he told me that I should ask for my money from booking.com and leave his property. The lady that opened for us was also rude and referred to us as "these people". She told us what did we think the R450 was for and that if we needed a private bathroom, we will have to pay extra. The place was dirty.

I booked online ,no option to choose room with bathroom or without bathroom . After given a room without bathroom then I requested to pay difference in order to have a room with bathroom. Was denied option and I asked to speak to the manager still denied to speak to a manager. I phoned contact centre no answer.
