Pineapple House is beautifully decorated and an absolute treat on the eyes. I requested a room with a nice view (if there was one available), and was allocated a room with a stunning balcony. I will definitely be returning on my next CT visit!

Due to a slight mixup, we did not get the room that we expected. Staff really went out of their way to make it an excellent visit.

The meals are very good. They were prepared right on the spot. Unfortunately I do not eat pork. It would be nice if you could have a beef or turkey meat along with pork.

Breakfast and service area has a "live-at-home" feeling on the ground floor. Unfortunately, that means you can hear the first coffee ground at 6.45 am through your door in e.g. 1st floor, if you are a light sleeper.

Unique, cute style, rooms appear to be small, yet are more spacious than you think. We had a balcony, which was good. It is a modern room style with an half-open bath one could be appalled by, yet it was absolutely fine for us. Location is key here, although or maybe because it is a bit of the main-main CapeTown from a tourist point of view (not far, don't worry).

So, we reserved a very specific room, but we got a different one. I thought it was because of our brief stay, as we got a ground floor room instead of one in the attic. It turned out that they were fully booked, and honestly we were totally okay with it because of our super brief stay. However, the room we got (202) is right next to the dining area and next to a toilet, so when we got up in the morning and stepped outside, we were going through all the other guests. Plus, because of the location, it was noisy. I still highly recommend this place, but maybe ask them for any room but 202.

What a cute little place. The interior looks amazing, we had a very nice breakfast. We were there maybe for 14 hours, so not too long, but enjoyed the hotel itself. Parking available, but you need to reserve it, and it's a bit tight. We didn't really go around in the area, but it's somewhat close to the beach. Very cozy lounge area where you can hang, watch TV, read, or just hang. Oh, and everything is pineapple, which is really cool, especially if you're a pineapple fan, which I am.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, could've been the drains, but it was remedied quickly by the hotel staff.

Stunning interiors with incredible attention to detail. Perfect location within walking distance to promenade and top restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, and breakfast was 10/10! The only place we’ll stay in Cape Town from now on.

I guess there needs to be some sound proofing because whoever was staying downstairs told us we were too noisy when we were in the lounge after dinner.

The staff, especially Kiss was exceptional. Our room was wonderfully decorated and spacious. What a fun décor throughout! Breakfast was delicious and beautiful. We will definitely send clients here!

We paid for a room with a bath. There was no bath. We were very disappointed and showed the bookings.com description. Staff could not assist us.

Breakfast was fine. Average. French toast or/and flapjacks will be a bonus to the menu.
