The air conditioning in the rooms was outdated, big and very loud. The breakfast the next morning took very long to arrive and the staff did not attend to us timeously. Our rooms did not have a view (which defeated the whole purpose of booking the accommodation). The bathrooms have bath/showers with no soap holders. And there’s no windows in the bathroom .

The location was my favourite thing , walkable distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean. The breakfast was affordable , had good portions and tasted great. The reception staff is wonderful.

I found the rooms and facilities to be clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay except for the fact that one of our suitcases was rummaged through and cash was taken whilst we were out for the day. Said suitcase was locked mind you. It was reported to Jeffrey who was very concerned and helpful however we didn't receive any feedback before we checked out.

Missing fridge from kitchenette,delivered promptly on reporting.Picture was not clear on TV,issue resolved promptly by maintenance.Hotel extension crosses through the car park,bit unsightly.Slow flow to bathroom sink,maintenance visited but issue persisted.Shower head loose,maintenance resolved. Load Shedding-no backup equipment/lighting within the extension section of the hotel,fortunately we had torches and phone torches. Foyre leading to the Loft rooms on 5th floor are in poor condition/ripped.

Beautiful location with Sea and Mountain View.Spacious Loft with kitchenette.Very comfortable stay other than concerns raised.Very professional and friendly staff.Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The confusion on my payment. I paid for accommodation and their machine did not print out the receipt, so everyday will have to ask them if they have seen the payment. The issue was just bothering me during my entire stay

The bathroom. It is very cramped and when taking a shower there is water everywhere. From the floor and toiletseat to the walls. There is no extractor fan and the moist sits on the painted walls.

With load shedding being an inescapable reality there’s need to quickly improve on back up power to all rooms. . A little more variety on the menu would be good.

I was attending a conference held at the hotel so decided to stay there. I got a room with a lovely view of the sea and sunset. Huge appreciation especially to Jeffrey and Lisa for their professionalism and warm hospitality. The bed was comfy and meals hearty.

On my arrival at reception the lady who was assisting us doesnt know her job,she said we have outstanding balance whereas its not like that,we had to argue about that.And she doesnt have a friendly face for front desk😏Worst thing she doesnt apologise after the misunderstanding she had.Secondly the set up we paid for was ok but the platter is so small and boring,they should make something better not fruits platter of half of 3 different fruits nop i was so dissapointed.And the basin didnt have a basin water stopper on our 1st day.Cos at night i was looking for it to wash my face bt nothing.Remote control also was not working.

The hotel room was so perfect,the furniture is descent.Comfortable bed.The fact that they have backup generator is so good.Basically i loved almost everything about the hotel.The shuttle guy is so cool kind he took good care of us.The setup was so great with white gowns.The breakfast👌Friendly staff everyday at restaurant.Fresh food daily.Very clean.I loved the decor also.

The rooms are not so modern, no smoking area in the building, had to go out to building all the time which wasn't too safe for me

The earlier room 405 appeared to have a stained bathtub and this was reported to hotel staff..unfortunately they did nothing about that. Later upgraded to room 808 but the shower was flooding when we were taking our respective showers.Also didn't like the dinner as the pork ribs and French fries I ordered tasted under cooked.

I didn' t have breakfast at the hotel. I loved the sea view room. Later upgraded to room 808 and the room was nice and spacious. The service was good too.
