We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaWardrobe did not have a rod for hanging clothes, and there were no hangers. Fortunately we had clothes on hangers and had to hang these on the wardrobe handles. Remote for the airconditioner was not working well. We had to request for assistance Drainage system of the basin was not working. Had to brush teeth spitting into the bath. Supper: We had very hard Pork ribs. We were under the impression that we were ordering Belly Pork ribs.

Stayed here for an event at Sun City. Was much cheaper and not far from Sun City. The restaurant and food were good. Nice layout of the cottage and with all the requirements. The bed was also great, and I had a very comfortable sleep.

South AfricaThe only problem is there is no mirrors at the accomadation which was difficult for us to get ready. Also the side tables was far from the plugs so that was also a problem to charge our phones.
The enviroment was nice no one was complainig about the music we played actually they said we should put it louder. The guy we found at the reception when we arrived was very friendly.The staff were very friendly.

South AfricaAll rooms are facing pool area where there’s a Bar and ofcourse entertainment area so it doesn’t get quite until late at night. They are renovating and thought they could put signs for the area under renovation notifying guests not access their rooms from that side, it got creepy as we were walking passed open dark rooms at night…..dusty and all…we made a u-turn as I was with kids and they started feeling uncomfortable. The restaurant seemed very busy though we didn’t see many people eating…we waited 1hour for the food we ordered 😞 I was tired and hungry regretted not grabbing something on the road. The food was not great, I ordered lamb stew.
As this was my over night stay to Suncity it was perfect as it’s 12minutes away. The staff was super friendly despite having worked long hours and seemed very exhausted.

South AfricaThe gate to the hotel at night is dark, they still busy renovating soo it is a bid untidy on some passage, directions to the rooms on 2nd floor is not there as a results we walked the longest distance to get to our room. Maybe renovations will sort this out. 500 deposit for damage is a bid unreasonable rather price it in the rate than being asked to pay 500.
Friendly staff, other add on like Safari tours, clean rooms inside and the design inside. Swimming pool which is at the center, smart TV with many options to watch movies from showmax and latest movies. Nice view from all rooms which are pool facing as the pool is at the center. 2nd floor rooms are good with balcony.

South Africa1. There were big fat cockroaches in our Chalet. 2. The bed wasn't comfortable, the headboard wasn't well mounted as it would move. 3. Our outside light wasn't working. When booking it is better to do so directly with Sundown as on Booking.com you given the illusion that you booking a chalet and not a hotel room only to find that you have booked the hotel which is by the way expensive compared to the Chalets. The staff has no issues moving your booking from hotel to Chalet however you will not be refunded the difference.
I liked the activities offered, really value for money.
