Good location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Price was fair. We were happy with our stay. Close to cruise port. Make sure you request the newer, larger rooms when you book if you want the king bed and upgraded bathroom, like in the photos. Costs a bit more but was very comfortable. Coffee and water provided.

the Extended Stay was filthy and poorly staffed.
the Extended Stay was filthy and poorly staffed. There was marijuana smoke in the hallways and the room telephone did not work. The kitchen was not sanitized, and we felt unsafe-will never stay there again and booking.com does little in representing you as a customer.

We were getting on a cruise and wanted to unwind ahead of it and get over jet lag (we were travelling from Australia). We stayed on the other end from downtown and the terminal. We had great access to the beach and the restaurants around here were great. Lots of little, what appeared to be mostly family owned. The neighbourhood was just that - a neighbourhood. Felt safe and lots of friendly people around. We did spend some time up near the cruise terminal with family who booked in a large well known hotel. It was way more sterile without the great restaurants and shops and certainly didn’t feel like a neighbourhood.

I like Long Beach a lot, but a visitor has to do some research because the amount of sights, restaurants, and events are just too many to list. Every time I go to Long Beach I make a new list of restaurants to experience.

If you stayed in Belmont Shore in the last couple years there was decline in the area. Belmont is back, new restaurants and shops have opened. Much less homeless, more police and security. I felt totally comfortable on the latest trip.

Long Beach is a city that has lots of attractions.
Long Beach is a city that has lots of attractions. The Queen Mary Alamitos Beach, Shoreline Beach Rose’s Dog Beach. The Pike at Rainbow Harbor,Aquarium of the Pacific. The restaurants and bars on Pine Street in downtown Long Beach offer an abundance of variety. Long Beach is family friendly and so much more, love this city!
My room at Hyatt Centric the Pike at Long Beach was comfortable. The amenities offered were a work area, a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a large bathroom.
The hotel's location is situated in a dynamic downtown area of Long Beach. This provided me with easy access to a variety of entertainment, dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. conveniently located. I especially liked that it is located near the Long Beach Convention Center and the Pike Outlets.
The bed was comfortable and provided a restful sleep experience.
I decided to stay on the Queen Mary because of the ship's history. It definitely did not disappoint me. As soon as you step on board, you are transported back in time. Beautiful art deco interior, full of places and decks to explore. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The original and preserved elements of the rooms' furnishings, the old elevators and other hidden vintage gems were very appealing to me as a history lover. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
Nice clean, renovated room. Comfy beds, nice sheets
Room and the bathroom are also spacious
Bus stop is located just next to the hotel so there’s easy acces to about everywhere in Long Beach
Staff was kind and helpful
There’s some fastfood restaurants and little shops
near the hotel.
At the hotel you have an ice machine and also you can buy some drinks
Pool area was clean
Location of the hotel is nicely placed near the beach, downtown area, and numerous stores. The room we got was a double size bed and it was slightly bigger than what we expected for the price we paid as we went for their most discounted room at the time. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy using a code and our hotel room was accessed via a key.
We stayed here the night before a cruise. Hotel is very close to the cruise terminal. Also has factory outlet stores right next door which was an added bonus. We arrived in the evening and the hotel restaurant was already closed but there were restaurants nearby (walking distance). Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Casa Bonita Apartments was lovely. The building decor was of early 1900’s but renovated. As a single traveler who wanted to feel comfortable; it sure did provide that for me. it had a bathroom, kitchen, closet, and single room. It was near all that Long Beach had to offer (promenade, The Pike, Queen Mary.
This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Getto all the was. Porn running on the tv in the rooms. Staff was knocking on the door at 9am to get us to leave when the had a 11am check out. Long term stays living in the hotel.
Truly disgusting. Garage all over the grounds
Very nice traditional hotel with parking lot close to the Long Beach Convention center. Shopping grocery store next door, also many restaurants. 5 min walking to the historical Pine Avenue with more bars and restaurants. Marina Harbor also walking distance. Clean rooms.
We really enjoyed our staycation , we live 13 miles away and get away to Long Beach beach when we can , I was very impressed but only by hotel itself but the staff from the guys at the valet area to the housekeeper everyone was happy and made us feel welcome and happy .
This was a splurge hotel for us, but we wanted to be near the cruise port. Lovely pool & hot tub on third floor. Secure & clean. Room was twice the size of places we usually stay. Near restaurants, grocery, & drug stores. Nice lobby area with bar & restaurant.
Nice no-frills motel in the heart of Long Beach. Within walking distance of beach, restaurants, and shopping. Room was recently updated, very clean with a comfy bed and A/C. Check in/out was quick and easy. Free wifi and parking.
The location! Location! Location! Courtyard with a pool. Location. Ease of reservations, check in and check out. Spa tub in the room. Fridge and microwave in the room. Plugs near the bed on a side table lamp.
We wanted to stay in Long Beach at an "affordable" price.
Parking was included in the price of the room.
Nicely decorated and modern rooms. Comfortable bed.
Reception staff were cordial
