Close to the airport. Free breakfast, although we had to leave too early to try the breakfast. Coffee was ready though! Beds were good and had a kitchen area which would be nice for a longer stay.

Well organized, well designed, has regular shuttles to and from the airport. Room clean and spacious. Queen beds instead of the more prevalent double beds in most other hotels.

Everything was clean and it was like a home away from home. There was a fridge/freezer, mini stove, dishwasher. Even cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates and eating utensils were provided. There were plenty of breakfast options as well.

Great breakfast. Free parking, clean. fireplace a plus. spacious
Was lousy there was only free coffee. For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities!
Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities! Appreciate an electric jug for boiling water rather than a coffee maker.
I received almost six messages/email from booking.com and hotel about reservation. Maybe this is a bit excessive. .

Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. The airport shuttle was really handy, and basically runs 24 hours. The walk to the BART station and nearby food places was pretty easy, but might be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Also, one of the elevators was broken when we stayed there, so that was pretty annoying as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby too, as the food and snacks for purchase in the lobby were insanely overpriced.

This large traditional motor hotel has charming old-school bungalow-style rooms that have been refurbished with comfortable beds and pleasant decor. A three-story building with elevators houses the economy rooms to the rear of the older property. Check-in was easy, the water was hot, there was a small frig, single-serve coffeemaker and cable tv, but no microwave or smart tv. The entire place was immaculate. Free WiFi stood up to Skype but charging outlets were minimal. The main problems I encountered were some conversation and toilet noise from tenants above and an air conditioner/heater that ran so loud and switched on and off so frequently that I had to turn it off for sleep. A lovely included breakfast is served 6:00 to 9:30. The lack of an airport shuttle may be a problem but parking is also included. There is a pool and the usual ice, but the soda vending machine was inoperative. Overall a good choice for last-minute practical near-airport accommodation.
The guy who was working at the front desk was really nice. He was doing his best to explain to everyone about the availability of the hotel rooms when booked with third-party websites. Luckily, we were able to get the last room that we booked through this website. It was past midnight because of the flight cancelation. They have a spacious room and it is clean. They allowed us to get coffee, apples, and pastries at 6 in the morning since we had an early flight.
SamTrans bus from the airport (1 floor below the arrivals level) brings you in 5 minutes to the Millbrea-BART station, which is across the street from the hotel. Free coffee at check-in. Good shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner. No street noise during the night (we slept with the window open - which has a fly screen btw). If you want to go downtown, the BART train will take you there in about 25 minutes. A cosy hotel with eye for the environment.
We’d previously stayed at the Westin and Aloft hotels on the other side of the overpass but typically would have to get off at Millbrae exit to gas up the rental car at this exit. Now I can fill up the car and spend the night at the Residence Inn instead. There’s an In-and-Out Burger and Panera right across the street. And a BART station to take you either to SFO or into the City. Breakfast was wonderful and staff very friendly.
We booked this room for a quick overnight before an early morning flight out of San Francisco. If I were visiting San Fran I would likely stay in the city but for catching a flight this was perfect. Easy to access the hotel, good food nearby, and easy trip to the airport. I was so surprised at how nice, and exceptionally clean, our room was. Great service all around.
Right in the SFO Terminal, brand new hotel.
Unfortunately traveling in pandemic and specially in San Francisco is not the best , being the most restrictive area.
Almost all facilities are closed, you can only get food thru a small shop on the reception area.
View on the empty SFO is not the best, Better days will come!

A hidden gem in San Francisco! Even our friends from SFO were delightfully surprised that such a lovely hotel was in the area. Very accessible to everything from dining, shopping and commuting via Bart.
The room was tastefully designed. Loved the bed which gave us our much needed sleep every night.
We were greeted by outstanding service from the staff at reception (A Spanish lady) and during breakfast a Cuban gentleman was super nice and treated us very well. The facilities stand out over other La Quintas we have stayed in before. Really recommended and our airport hotel of choice when in SFO.
Lovely modern, spacious and comfortable rooms, was very impressed with them. Easy check-in with friendly and helpful staff. Good Good location, only 5 min drive to Millbrae BART for easy access to San Francisco and great location for the airport too. Loved staying here.
Room was clean and comfortable. It has a decent coffee /tea maker, which i was happy to have. To avoid an expensive taxi or Uber from the airport it's possible to take the Bart for a couple of minutes (5usd) and then walk 15-20 mins to this hotel/motel.
The Aloft San Francisco Hotel is very close to the airport, and you can take the free shuttle bus to the SFO.
Also, the room is quite clean and the facilities are great, the staffs are friendly always have a smile face:))
Location was a short walk from the Caltrain and very near the airport. Much cheaper than some hotels nearby. Shuttle service every 15 mins to the airport. Bonus was a pool and fire pit area which I wasn’t expecting.
The location is great if you need to be close to SFO. The hotel is connected to the SFO terminals by a train that is easy to take. Room and bed are great and comfortable. The services and restaurant are high-level.
Stayed the night before a flight. Arrived very late and the staff for check in process were excellent. Room was very comfortable and was able to have lunch in hotel lobby. VEry good!
I booked the hotel for my colleagues, they said the room is no-frills but ok.
The breakfast was not bad.
Close to the airport, there are some restaurant nearby so overall it's ok.
