They did a nice job using a small space. Only 11 rooms I had a sea view but it had a high wall so you could not really appreciate view. Gym! Plus a nicely done spa. Pool was ok right size for location / a dip, but best to go to the beaches. But the best was the massage! He was a pro and was so good did 2 back to back. Restaurant lovely. Roberta from the wait staff also as well as the man. Parking was very on property which was key.

This property was so beautiful! It was convenient to everything with plenty of parking. The breakfast was great, the pool was gorgeous, there were so many plants to look at around the property and the view was so nice. Their 0 km (farm to table) food was also exceptional. We will be back, this place was a 10/10!

The apartment was well equipped
Parking was beside the unit
Wifi was terrible and very unreliable
Not located in the township
A huge complex of units
Glad that we went out of season as
It would be a very noisy place during summer as the apartments are close together

The only way to get here is by car and there really is not much to do in the area. Mattinata is a quaint town with a few eateries which are not that varied. To access the beach again is a drive with parking a problem at times. We went to Vieste for the day but it was a hair raising drive home in the dark. We also went to Monte St. Angelo which again is worth seeing but only a day is needed for here. Manfredino is not a very picturesque area quite industrial in parts. A week is long enough in this area and you will have seen all there is to see. However it is a lovely destination if you are happy to be by the pool for a relaxing break, although it is 2 hours from the airport.

Cozy city on a hill-side.
Cozy city on a hill-side. A couple of good restaurants (with a sea / city overlooking view), make sure you make a reservation to those ones, we were there off-season, and had difficulties having a table...
Main street closed for cars (which is good) during season. Find you parking areas just outside centre (2 min walk), inner city streets are Italian, so it might be easier to park outside centre.

Lovely village having 2 parts: one up on the hill with pretty narrow streets & one down by the seaside, where houses/villas/B&Bs are hidden by an orchid of olive trees. Highly recommended to go only to the restaurants/masserias/trattoria that are on the beach - the menu & quality of the dishes is excellent!

A little town, calm and relaxed people, quite friendly and helpful. Remember that shop could have brake for few hours in the middle of the day. In restaurants in the Apulia region cities we experienced service fee 2,50€ per person. So it’s kinda much if you eat ordinary food in ordinary place.

Nice small town located not too far from the sea and as such an ideal starting point to explore the Gargano as well as the Murgia region and their amazing sights. Good infrastructure and moderate average price level of restaurants and bars.
we were so well looked after!! arrived during the 'festival of the olive', which was fascinating to see all of the olives being prepared and turned to oil. and also we got to sample a free traditional lunch! the owner was incredibly kind and lovely - investigating where my kiwi partner could watch the world cup rugby game and giving excellent advice on the best local beaches. The agriturismo itself was stunning and the pool area just divine. HIGHLY recommend. Mattinata itself is a lovely traditional town and so pretty to visit
Location absolutely wonderful. Out of any noise. Totally relaxing. Wonderful view of the town Mattinata and the sea from the incredible great terrace. Breakfast incredible with very good variety of jams, honey, brioche & cookies, fruit and the special cakes from Matteo's Mom! All with the nice company of Whisky and Sky (the two cute dogs of Matteo)!! The location is the right one for ppl that desire to relax and, in the same time, to be in a strategic position to visit the beautiful bays and beaches along the coast.
Nicely located right on the beach front. Hotel is feels bigger than it is. Ok breakfast, thou we needed to wait for the food several times as it was brought in as it was taken... kind of weird habit. Pebble beach in front of the hotel, ok to swim. The wifi worked in our room, as we were located in the ground floor, near the reception area. BTW, strongly recommend visiting the 'city' up-hill, Mattinata. Make sure to find a restaurant with a view to the sea.
We were guests at the wedding organised in this hotel. Great location for a weddng - the atmosphere and space, ensure good time and beautiful photos afterwards. The event was well-organised. The food at the wedding was delicious!
Breakfast is a-la cart. Everything was tasty. The room cosmetics was of good quality. The room was upgraded to the next price level without a charge. There is a spa - but we did not have time to use it.
Everything 😁😁😁 facilities, welcome, the swimming pool, the bar, the food, we can't pick the best because everything is perfect at hotel Torre santamaria! The cherry on top is the service: the perfect example of the meaning of hospitality.
This year we decided to come back (we've been there 1 year ago) and we will definitely come back next year too.
A beautiful secluded setting in an olive grove, yet close enough to walk to charming Mattinata for dinner. The roof top patio looked across the olive groves to the sea. The breakfast featured local foods and was delicious. Our host went out of his way to provide recommendations of beaches, sites to see, as well as stories about the area.
This hotel is a slice of heaven. The location is great, the views are wonderful, the pool is gorgeous and clean, the parking is ample, the playground is cute, and the rooms are big, bright, and clean. We loved our stay, especially relaxing at night with views over the olive trees. We can't wait to return!
What a peaceful place on earth with great relaxed hosts. It would be great for families who look into discovering the Gargano/Mattinata area with its beaches and national parks over many days. Unfortunately we only stayed one night on the way to Lecce. We will return with pleasure.
we truly loved the staff and the facilities! everyone was so helpful, calm and kind. the facilities were clean, hotel was near the beach (lidos) and delicious restaurants. I have family in Monte Santangelo and will go to Torre del Porto when I visit from now on! grazie!!
The room can be compare with a 5* hotel. Everything was clean, the personal nice, literally on the beach. They also have an restaurant where you can chose between different dishes, seafood, pasta, beef.
The hotel is situated in a dreamy location. Overlooking Mattinata bay and surrounded by olive trees. The staff is helpful and polite. The apartment has everything one needs.
Everything was great.. Staff was super nice, pool Is big and most of the Time empty, everything was clean. The hotel is small and in nice area, sorounded by olive trees
The hotel is really fantastic and in a comparative approach to the sea. We had a great and comfortable time in this hotel, and I advise everybody to stay here
