Walking distance from the Ginza shopping district and the train station. I personally love how easy it is to travel to nearby locations as well.
Been in Sasebo for about a year and still haven't seen everything there is to offer.

I live in Sasebo, been here for years, and I love it!
I live in Sasebo, been here for years, and I love it! It's a perfect balance between the city and the countryside, with everything you need, and all the wonderful sights to see, especially Huis Ten Bosch, one of Japan's biggest theme parks. If you want a break from the big city and want to experience a smaller but very beautiful and diverse place, head to Sasebo.

Sasebo is a small town, I was made to feel welcome in the local restaurants and bars I went to. The city is in a beautiful location on the south-west coast of Kyushu and there is lots to do. I will go back.

We visited Sasebo with our son who was stationed at the US Navy base 10 years ago. We enjoyed walking around the perimeter of the base and some areas he frequented. Spent only a day and a half in the city.

It took too long to get from Nagasaki airport to the hotel.
It took too long to get from Nagasaki airport to the hotel. The hotel's location in the city is ideal with shops and restaurants all around. It is a buzzing, bustling city. Wish i had more time to explore the beautiful parks.
The room was more spacious than I had expected it to be, and the bed was quite comfortable. Access to the Huis Ten Bosch theme park was quite easy, the hotel being a short three-minute walk from the southern entrance. The buffet breakfast provided was delicious, and I appreciated the effort the hotel staff put into the anti-COVID measures to provide a safe dining experience for everyone.
Admittedly, the hotel staff had already left a good impression on me when they tried to call me during my train ride from Nagasaki.
The location is excellent, less than a 5 minute walk from Sasebo station. The best was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. The provided amenities exceeded my expectations; the place has everything you might need for a short stay: towels, tooth brush, ear plugs, blow dryer, body wash and shampoo, as well as a fully functional kitchen. The owner was extremely kind, helpful and thoughtful. We communicated in a mix of Japanese and English, he's quite resourceful. Would visit again!
Watermark hotel is an excellent place to stay.It is near the coast with lots of yatch, nive view.It is near the HTB palace and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast is sumptuous, western&asian,it was a nice experience. It is few minutes walk to amsterdam square&europe tower.Staying in Watermark hotel is a nice experience, the room is big as well😊🙏
Overall, the hotel looked good in appearance, the room was small but that's to be expected in Japan unless you pay ¥¥¥¥ yen. It was value for money. It was conveniently located to trains and buses and some smaller restaurants and handy convenience shops. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
Location and view from the room is great. All staffs are very polite and professional. Breakfast is very good, a lot of variety and the quality is very high, considering it is hotel breakfast. It was beyond our expectations.
It's a nice hotel for a quick stay in Sasebo. It is walking distance from the train station and walking distance to eating and drinking venues. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
robot staff was fun but easily confused. location was nice. hotel restaurant was closed for unknown reasons but we went to the one in the next hotel. room was great
