There are so many beautiful places to see that it would take weeks to see it all. I was so glad I got to see the Palau Música which is an outstanding venue. I wish we could have attended a musical performance there. And the tapas are so delicious that I am going to try to make some at home. Food is all fabulous! Barcelona is a wonderful adventure and I can’t wait to go back.

Two days wasn't enough time for us.
Two days wasn't enough time for us.
The Ramblas district was lovely, vibrant, and elegant with restaurants and bars easily available. The food was tourist orientated but authentic.
The Gothic quarter was the cultural centre. It had a number of art exhibitions including Banksy, and an extensive zpicasso collection. Fabulous. It was here we watched a Flamenco show.
The hop on hop off open-topped tourist bus is brilliant and we spent two hours travelling around the city.
There is such to see and do.
The Sagrad Familia was stunning and Gaudi's vision was evident on so many buildings. Having the facility to book ahead is imperative. We also booked ahead for our other activities, including the tourist bus.
Taxis are plentiful, and the train station is easily navigated. We arrived via the bullet train which travelled at 300 km. It was comfortable and convenient.
Barcelona is a fabulous city and I look forward to returning.

Barcelona is a gorgeous city.
Barcelona is a gorgeous city. Also very, very busy at this time of year (early May). Although we had a great time there, we felt the need to get out of the city after three days of sightseeing. Sitges and Girona were a lovely, relaxing change, and very easy to get to on the train.

It's a very expensive city, high prices and low quality for services especially for food. If you go to places like Sagrada Familia or Park Guell you have to have tickets already bought days before. Everything related to Gaudi is very expensive, and you do not see much it is not as impressive as you expect. There are many others museums much more insteresting to see and with greate prices 7-12 euro (Museum Egipci, Barcelona Maritime Museum, Casa Amatller, Perfume Museum, Museum of the History of Catalonia, Aquàrium Barcelona)

Amaizing place to visit.
Amaizing place to visit. Just remember to book tickets to Sagrada Família and Park Güell in advance. Tickets to Sagrada Família is possible to by only by online application. These places are very busy.
Location is very good , 3 min. from La Rumbla, few minutes from Metro . pure center, rum is good , but not expect a 5 star hotel. Room has everything you need , and was clean, big enough, and I sleep like a baby. Street was noisy , but what can you expect in center of Barcelona :).I was suprised , but you get towels for showering , could change every day , and room is cleaned every day . sooo great.
Stuff are great. They help you with everything you need.
for the price you pay , I give 9/10.
Thanks again, I have a great time
Location in the city centre with good connection to the airport (metro, bus), shops and famous shopping street behind the corner. Night life few steps from hotel.
Top services in all aspects! Stuff was super friendly, specially team from reception will deserve extra bonus as they are top stars! we've had free upgrade to larger room, welcome drink and free champagne :) specially Emir (hope I remember correctly) was asking always whether we are satisfied and he did his best even calling us via hotel phone.
Amazing hostel in the city centre. It’s close to everything and the metro station is just 3 minutes by walk. The stuff was lovely, I really liked the 24/7 reception where you can leave the keys... very appreciated especially when you travel with friend with different taste in night life :))) Very kind and helpful employees. Hotel is very clean and perfectly allocated. But be ready, it can be very noisy around... AS YOU ARE IN THE CENTER OF BARCELONA!
The staff was great and helpful. they gave us useful tips and treated us well (shoutout to Jose, he was so kind).
The location is 5 minute walk from the metro and an airport bus station (placa espana), it is not in the town center and you do need to use the metro to travel but we were prepared for it and found it easy to use.
There is a nice coffee shop underneath the hotel.
It was a lot cheaper then hotels in the city center and served us well.
The hotel is convenient to the city center and easy to walk. The best part is the staff. Marc and the others at the desk were friendly and extremely helpful. Actually, the staff was the best part for me. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. I enjoyed the fruit choices. The restaurant staff were pleasant as well. I recommend Hotel America Barcelona and would definitely stay again.
Everything is excellent specially the front desk gentleman tall with glasses, his warm welcome saved 2 girls’ lives, and tips for the city are helpful. Also the balcony spark my stay. I strongly recommend the market only 1 minute walk away ( go out of the hotel and turn right), there are jamon and fruits with good quality and fair price, it is almost the best market during our 3 weeks trip in Spain.
The location in the city center was amazing. The staff at the hotel was very nice and accommodating by letting me check in early. The room was very clean, I was not sure how to work the air conditioner, but I open up the window and it was great...amazing weather. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Spain and I will continue to do so.
I really recommend staying in this hotel in Barcelona.
The staff was really nice. Rooms have been cleaned everyday. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is really nice, modern and has o lots of pretty plants :) The rooftop with pool is awesome: The location is perfect, right in the city center next to la Rambla and metro station.
Barcelona is generally an expensive city and the price that I paid for this hotel was reasonable. Stuff was kind and helpful. The room was really clear. Hotel is not near to city center but there is a subway station near, you can go almost every where by metro. You should be willing to spend at least 30 min to go somewhere.
Best hotel in my trip from 22 days. Big room with balcony. They let us checkin early when the room ready. Very clean and center location. 3-4 stops subway from every interesting point, train station, Sagrada familia, Barcelona cathedral and walking distance to La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Not 1 star hotel but 4 star.
The position is perfect, only 5 minuts walking from Plaza España, it was very simple to go to the city center, metro station and train.
The neighbour is one of the best in Barcelona, there are lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is very clear, I also slept very well. I Recommend it.
I would highly recommend this hotel to other tourists. First and foremost the staff from reception was by far the most helpful ones I’ve met in Spain. They helped me carry the luggage along with bags and I really appreciated their airport. When I checked out they helped me call the taxi.
5 star!!
Thanks for upgrade for my room room view amazing best for Barcelona beach side you can feel 5 star hotel for sure at room hotel so crowded so many people I’m stay 3 day never went to pool side because of so many not hotel guest too like a Las Vegas you are not feel Barcelona other things is great
Location in the city centre, very close to Metro and buses, airport bus as well, very close to barcelona fair. Excellent location.
Hotel is perfect, staff excellent, very high quality/price ratio.
This is the 4th time i go to this hotel and i will go back again in mi next trip.
Nice hotel in the city center. I think overall accommodation prices are high in Barcelona this is also not a cheap one but reasonable. You can save some time and money if you book here as you can reach many places by walk. Staff is helpful, and the rooms are clean 👌
The location is a plus, and the food at the resto is delicious. I ordered arroz negro and so far it was one of the best I tried in Spain. FYI: You’ll get 10% discount from the resto if you have a booking in the hotel.
The location couldn't be an better and while in the city center, the hotel is not noisy at hotel.
Facilities are nice, ideal for a couple of nights to enjoy Barcelona.
I would definitely go back!
Nice location near the center of Barcelona yet a little more quiet in the late evening than if you stayed in the center! Everything within the city is in walking distance of the hotel!
The location is amazing, perfectly set in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona.
The room on the 6th floor had an amazing view on Barcelona city center's streets.
