The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Nor. Great location, close to all Rioja area bodegas and wine destinations. Loved the vibe: clean, modern hotel that was very manageable; not a big "mega" American-style chain hotel. Especially enjoyed the outside terrace for wine and coffee; loved the vibe and fact that locals co.e by and enjoy it too. Will definitely recommend it to friends: great value and greT location. Though not the easiest place to get to it was possible to leave the car not far away. The reception was friendly and efficient and both reception area and bedroom had a lot of character. We were less enthusiastic about the bathroom for, though of a good size and impeccably clean, the only partly operative jacuzzi unit took up a disproportionate amount of space. A restaurant was proposed to us little more than five minutes' walk away and it proved excellent for an evening meal whilst even closer bars and cafes were also available. Breakfast at the hospederia was not memorable and, in terms of value for money, we felt that the overnight stay was only average but it is extremely well located within an interesting little town.

So glad I picked this place. Spacious loft, full of light, beautiful local style with wooden beams and tiles, two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), huge comfortable king bed (so two of us friends could have our own side to ourselves). The building has a lift. Excellent location just a couple of min away to everything we needed in Haro. Loved it and 100% recommend!
