Mostly a university town. Lots of shopping in the immediate area. Although not too familiar with the area, there was a lack of any kind of convenience stores. Either that or the large format convenience stores are no longer affordable.Young - 8.0Scored 8.0

We stayed for a soccer tournament. This hotel was awesome location to the complexes. Surrounded by tons of awesome eatery’s, coffee, and shopping. Price was amazing! Room was big, beds were huge and clean! Breakfast options were amazing, tons of options on the breakfast bar: waffles, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, and more!Samantha - 10Scored 10

We stayed one night passing thru. After checking multiple hotels in the area, this one stood out in positive reviews and price. The location and amenities also played a role in our selection. I would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable room; easy access, and courteous staff. Though the hotel was full, it was quiet. Good A/C, and very comfortable beds! There were a couple of omissions, which weren't an issue for us. One: the room wasn't cleaned after the first night. We figured it was just an honest oversight, and didn't really care. They also forgot to give us soap for the shower, which, again, wasn't a big deal for us or we would have called the desk and asked for some. In general, it was a very nice stay, and I would certainly stay there again if I had reason to be in the area. Very courteous desk personnel, too!

Good coffee shop right downtown. Fix the public sound system (speakers on the square) which was playing a poorly tuned program. Had good looking housing. Close to Yellow Springs with the 5 Rivers bike trail system. Rode to Xenia Station (10 miles), to Urbana (25 miles). Young's Dairy always fun.JohnUnited States of America

Found trash on the floor and other guests belongings in the drawers. They also double charged me and told me "it would fall off" but that was not the case. I ended up having to speak with a manager to get it taken care of.. Breakfast waa sub par as well. I've staying in other Comfort hotels (in one as I write this) and have never been disappointed - until this one. 😞

Last time before Covid in 2019. In 2020 and 2021 it was cancelled due to the Pandemic. I was so happy that in 2022 Hamvention was held again after 3 years. It seems that the Hotel owners took this time to update the rooms. At least my room was obviously renovated (floor, walls, bathroom) and equipped with a coffee machine.
