The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for drinking and eating, the cooking was delicious, and the staff was ready to serve anything we asked for. There was nothing there I did not like, everything was excellent from the owner Mihalis, and the staff and their service and their behavior, very polite and ready to help us with any request we had. I would gladly go back to Olivista hotel to spend my vacations there.

It is in a great location and also very organized. Rooms are modern but feel warm and inviting. The staff were all wonderful from the front desk to waiters to the woman that helped at breakfast and the team that drove me and my family up the hills countless times. Food at the restaurant was wonderful! Plenty of chairs on the beach. Plus loved tbat there is kids section of the pool my daughter could safely swim and play in.
On average, it costs $85 per night to book a 3-star hotel in Perdika for tonight. You'll pay around $174 if you choose to stay in a 4-star hotel tonight, while a 5-star hotel in Perdika will cost around $413, on average (based on Booking.com prices).

A small village not by the sea but in close distance from the nearby beaches. You can find everything you need at the square (cafés, restaurants, mini markets, ATM, playground). Don't miss Knife and Fork restaurant, great food(meat, pasta, fish) and friendly staff, and Oasis Bar (a variety of cocktails and friendly staff, too.)

Very nice location.
Very nice location. Close enough and far enough from the two large centers that are drowned by population. People are very hospitable and kind and the prices are much more tolerable than those in Sivota, Parga etc
Great location and views over the bay to Corfu and Paxos. A very friendly family-run hotel, delivering great service. Great breakfast, with home-made cakes and pastries. Any minor issues were easily and swiftly dealt with (eg: we asked for extra pillows).
The rooms are exactly as described with decent wardrobe space, and the fridge useful. The air con worked well, and the shower too - great water flow and hot too.
Arilla beach below is a gem, perfect for families, with sandy, gently-shelving shoreline and clear sea.
The hotel was perfect to us. It was very clean, the staff was very helpful and do for us everything we needed! Breakfast was really good. Every day I got a cup of nice capucino - thank you so much!
Our son liked the pool very much - he played there every day. And the view from the balcony was exceptional!
Near to Perdika we found several beautiful beaches - we went to tge different one every day from our stay!

Olivista is a new brand hotel, the whole is very comfortable, extra clean and the owner is very kind and attentive to the client. The breakfast is a dream, fresh orange juice, every is homemade. Thank you very much for staying up in the middle of the night. Our ferry was 4 hours delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 3.30 am. The owner kindly waited and introduced us to the room. 200 m from a nice beach! Thank you!
The staff were amazing! Love that it was a husband, wife, and son. They were so easy to deal with. We even had to leave early the next day to catch a ferry out of Igoumenista, and couldn’t stay for breakfast so the owner came out w/ croissants wrapped in tin foil for our car ride! The hotel is right on the water- easy beach access with chairs and a pool. Wonderful!
I visited this place for it's exceptional Seas and happened to stay in this Hotel for 2 days. The experience was awesome! The Staff was extremely friendly throughout my stay, like so the service and it made us feel pretty comfortable. The food is amazing, I would give it a 5/5! Also they rent bikes for free, so you can enjoy a nice trip near the sea or even further.
We had everything needed in the apartment. It has nice yard and the owners are very nice people. It takes 5 minutes to go to the beach.

Room had a nice balcony Shaded parking usually available. Owners were very friendly and hotel was child-friendly in general. Enjoyed the music evening organized.
The staff is awesome. The place has a soul. The view from the hotel room is stunning. Really good breakfast.
The position is uphill but is a perfect location for exploring the area.
We had a dinner once, everything was super tasty, so the chef is really good.
Really good value for money, and we stayed in high season.
The room (or better said, the rooms) was very nice, and it had all the needed facilities. The quality of the wifi was also good, the pool was clean, and the owners were very attentive to the needs of their clients. When we return to this area of Greece, Perdika and Villa Rania will be among our first options.
