The view was by far the best part of staying here. Our room and the dining area all have large windows overlooking the lake and mountains. STUNNING views. The location is good for the local hikes right out of your hotel, but many of the main hikes are on the other side of the park which can be as far as an hour and a half drive. We had a vehicle so no problem at all. If you are going on the glacier excursion, this is a PERFECT location. The restaurant staff were fabulous and would accommodate and even anticipate your every need. Shout out to Rodriquez, David, and Angel....all three went above and beyond to make our visit in the park very special.
Charming rooms with rustic wood furnishings can be enjoyed at the banks of the Serrano River.

The photos don't do it justice. Our cabin's view was incredible and the location is very convenient. We loved being able to come back after visiting the park to relax and watch the sun set over the mountains. We also highly recommend going to dinner at Pampa Lodge. We ate there three times because it was so good and great prices (walking distance from the cabins). The cabin was the perfect home base for our stay.

Postcard views in all directions! Beautiful mountains, glaciers, turquoise lakes, wow! Hiking is superb, for all levels; there are short and easy hikes, and there are ultimately difficult and strenuous hikes that would challenge anyone. We did a bit of both (not too strenuous, but I hiked/ran up to the Mirador Las Torres and it was enough for me and I am pretty fit). I didn’t research Chile or Torres del Paine before we booked and I am totally blown away by the diversity of its landscapes, the good wines, the good food, and the good people here. Totally recommended..!

We did day walks not the W or O trails. Weather is a key factor and we had snow, rain and beautiful clear skies over 4 days.
If doing the Mirador Torres be at the start by 8:30 or earlier. The v fit can do the walk in 7 hours or so. We took 8 1/2 , finishing around 6pm.
We did shorter walks too, morning and afternoon, and had great views of the mountains and iceberg on lake grey.

Torres del Paine too vast.
Torres del Paine too vast. You need a sturdy car not only to get to the amazing popular places but also to maneuver on some of the unpaved and gravel roads. There are few places to eat and hardly any grocery stores, so stock up on food before entering the park.

Torres del Paine is amazing, the mountains are really almost unreal in their beauty. Distances are far even to get to different places within the park, but the views along the way are stunning and its to be expected. The trails are well marked and there are many options. There are opportunities for hard core hikers and adventurers as well as those who might only do day trips or short walks for the views. We will definitely go back.

My husband and I went to the Torres del Paine National Park in March 2020. It was such a large and wonderful national park! So much to see and experience! We love the six days we spent there. On the first day we went on a 10 hour hiking tour to the three towers. It was raining and took us more than 10 hours round trip, very tiring. The rest of the days are clear, we can see the big horns so clearly from our hotel- Vista the Paine. We then went to the Salto Grande, many mirados near the lake Pehoe and the Glacier Grey. We took many photos. The only negative is that there is no gas station in the park, we nearly ran out of gas on the second day. Fortunately the park ranger helped us to find another hotel where they provided us with 20 litters of gas. I would recommend this part to anyone interested in Patagonia!

My wife and I stayed in the national park for 6 days- the park is huge, a lot of beautiful viewpoints including the Salto Grande, and big horns and the three towers /Torres del Paine. But the roads in the park are all gravel roads very bumpy and hard to drive on. You cannot drive fast and it consumes a lot of gasoline. There is no gas station in the park! You 'd better bring extra gas in 20 litter buckets if you plan to stay longer than 1-2 days. We ate at the Pampa restaurant in Rio Serrano village. It is an excellent restaurant! We went on a one-day hike to the Torres del Paine but it was raining. It took us more than ten hours -very long and difficult one, especially when the weather is bad. You'd better be fit and prepared with hiking poles, multi-layers and rain gears.

We had a wonderful travelers experience at the hostería. It’s a warm and personal classic B&B environment with the opportunity to connect with other travelers. The hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating despite our terrible Spanish. The common area is fragrant with wood smoke and something baking in the kitchen. We walked along the river after dinner with feral horses and views to the Torres. This is a Chilean Patagonia experience and it will be a sweet memory for years to come. Oh… and we owe you a tire ;) Many many thanks
Country style cabin in a tiny community with horses and cows and 3 family dogs on the property. Owner, Oscar was so kind and immediately addressed any needs or concerns. Also recommended a pretty little walk down where the rivers meet. Had a fire in the wood stove at night. The kitchenette is basic but there's all you need to prepare a meal. The setting is on a farm, not a 5 star hotel. Views are stunning and the park entrance is minutes away. Would recommend and would stay again.
Hotel locates on the Serrano riverside which is a great location with magnificent view and vibe around the hotel. Staffs were nice and helpful. Room was syper cozy and warmy and very comfortable. Above all, dinner here was superb!! Lamb and risotto were so delicious. We enjoyed our meal here very much. But there was some little curious thing about the cost of drinks even in dinner that we had to pay additionally. But anyway, we really had a great time here.😊
Beautiful view from even rooms on right side. Shower was hot. Beds comfortable. Food for our dinner was excellent. Breakfast had fantastic choices. Robe in room to wear to the pool. Weight room and sauna available and massage and spa. They book tours if you need and provide lunch box, both expensive. Hotel is in Rio Serrano area right outside the park. Easy to park and go into the park. Shuttle to hotel lago grey for navigation or exploring for 38 clp each.
We had a flat tire in Torres del Paine.
The host was very caring and helpful: he helped us getting to the nearest city, and to find a repair service even though it was a holiday.
These couple of days were the low point of our trip, and the staff in this hotel did everything they could to make it better, which is greatly appreciated.
Sadly, we had to leave the hotel before we actually stayed there, so we cannot comment on its location and facilities.
We loved the location - 5 mins by car from the Administration office to enter TDP. Amazing views of Los Cuernos. Close to hotels where cooked restaurant meals are available. Horses and dogs roamed the property which made us feel like we were at a homestay. Great common area to cook meals and the place had a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable rooms and beds. Couldn't have asked for a better situation for the price in such a remote location.
Our cabana was so cozy and spacious! We had an incredible view of of Torres del Paine from our cabana. The staff Luisa (and her dog Luna) was super hospitable and generous. She was responsive and accommodated everything we needed. We loved that our cabana had heated floors, 2 bathrooms, and a well-supplied kitchen.
It was such a special, simple way of life to experience near Torres del Paine!!
Suited very well for hiking and as a base for the tours and trips outside. Staff is very attentive and takes care of you. They organised a private tour for us and the guide was great. The yurt was quite comfortable for this type of construction. It had everything needed for a short (overnight) stay. the mattress and bed size were very good. Patagonia Camp is high class luxury camping.
This is a great hotel. We stayed for 4 days and wish we had planned to stay longer. The views of the Cuernos from the hotel are amazing. The kids loved seeing the horses all around the property. Its a relaxing place to come back to after the great hikes in Torres del Paine. Breakfast was great, the staff is very attentive and accommodating.
Very nice and cozy hotel and staff was very nice.
Room was clean and confortable and had gorgeous views over the Torres del Paine mountains. We had diner there twice and it was very good.
Close to the park entrance but you definitively need a car to get around.
Wifi worked well in our room
Everything about this place was exactly what I could've wanted and/or needed for two nights in Torres del Paine. Patrick and Simón are a great hosting duo, and they treat every guest like a personal friend. I hope to return someday - cannot recommend them highly enough!
This is a great location to visit Torres del Paine. The rooms are comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. I loved being able to walk out at night in the fields. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to someday return.
Well kept hostel with beautiful views on Torres del Paine national park. Comfortable beds. Great showers.Cosy main room. Delicious dinner. Breakfast was simple but delicious. And friendly staff ! Excellent WiFi connection.
The location of the hotel is perfect. The view on the Torres del Paine is exceptional. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the park and thus is an ideal starting point for excursions.
Amazing view, wonderful staff (everyone speaks great English), you can book trips right at the hotel(glacier, horse riding etc.), nice spa area and really good food (also for vegetarians).
Views and atmosphere and location were wonderful. Near the national park. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. I wish I had more time in the region! Would definitely recommend.
The view from my room is excellent!! Right to the Las Torres del Paine from my bed.
Common area is big and comfortable.
The host is very nice and helpful.
