A great place. When we stayed the Inn was still recovering from the fire that destroyed a large part of the town, so not all facilities were open. When fully up and running it will provide excellent accommodation

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and kind staff
Jasper sits in a green valley within a national park surrounded by the majestic Canadian Rockies. Water in its various forms has shaped the dramatic scenery and continues to create serene landscapes.
Tree-lined Lake Beauvert is the closest to town, but Pyramid and Patricia lakes are more famous thanks to the rugged peaks perfectly reflected in their still waters. Arguably the best of all is Maligne Lake whose incredible water colour is eclipsed by small, pine-lined Spirit Island. You may not know the name, but you’ll probably recognise the view.
Many glaciers come off the huge Columbia Icefield, roughly midway between Jasper and Lake Louise. Some have cut canyons where you can go ice walking. Other winter sports include ice skating and skiing at the Marmot Basin resort, named after local animals.
Bears inhabit the surrounding forests and more wildlife lives at The Den at Whistler Inn, just one Jasper accommodation option on Booking.com alongside mountain lodges and pet-friendly hotels with pools.
The Jasper Tramway – Canada’s highest cable car – goes to the top of The Whistlers mountain, and on the slopes of another are the Miette Hot Springs open-air pool. The Jasper-Yellowhead Museum details the area’s history, and traditional Haida styles and colours are celebrated in the modern Two Brothers Totem Pole

Our hearts are with the people of Jasper who lost so much during the wildfire of 2024. We did our best to spend as much money as we could while we were there for the sake of the businesses and the people who work there. The town of Jasper is a jewel on the face of the Earth and I love it with all my heart

Jasper national park was wonderful.
Jasper national park was wonderful. Devastation because of fires, but we wanted to go and support the locals. We saw Big Horn sheep! Stayed in log cabins. Ate in town and bought souvenirs and clothing.
Lots of things not open as we were late in the season ( our choice) but, would Highly recommend to visitors.

We had reservations before the fire,so all facilities in the park were closed when we were there. Though half the town was gone, it seemed like a nice small town. We bought some souvenirs there to support their economy. Not too touristy, more relaxed atmosphere than Banff.

On the web site it said the hot springs were open until 9.
On the web site it said the hot springs were open until 9. They closed at 8 and another guest said the same thing to the life guard.
I think there could have been something stating bring your own breakfast to cook in your room. I am a diabetic and thought I could just eat there. We did have dinner there that was great. The room was hot and then at night was cold and the heater took too long to heat it up. We could clearly hear the guests in the next room as if they were in our room. Our favourite place was the hot springs.

We were able to see much of what we wanted on this trip, not fully being aware of all the most scenic places we went to the 5 lakes and I did the source of the hot springs. We also went to Moraine lake for a short hike. Just nice to be in nature and see Elk/Deer/Moose/Mountain Goats & Sheep/Rabbits...

Jasper is a unique destination nestled in the Northern Canadian rockies. It's a gem because it has a small hometown feel (even when tourists are there) unlike the town of nearby Banff. The hiking, the mountain biking and water sports and road cycling are 5 star experiences there. I have been 4 times. Its exquisitely beautiful and has varying terrain that's diverse in the different sectors of the park. Bighorn sheep, bears and mountain goats are frequently seen there. The mountains are big and rugged and wild. It will be a while before we can go back due to the July 2024 wildfire, but many parts of it are still beautiful and the fired areas will recover. I have had the privilege of visiting on 4 occasions, each time I stay a little longer and I see something new. I just love it there!!

This hotel is around for ages and just cool. Forget hostels. Restaurant, 2 pubs downstairs with great vibe and fair prices for rooms with shared facilities. We are backpacker. Loved it. I really regret that we cancelled one night. Jasper had more to offer than we thought. Take your time for this beautiful little town and enjoy the surrounding and stay in this hotel. Just perfect !!!
We were in Jasper for a quick ski weekend. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well priced. We walked to the restaurants at night. All in all we were happy with our stay and would certainly use this hotel again.
We liked the price of the room, especially for Jasper. The staff were very kind, accommodating and kind. We also liked that there wasn't a lot of rules at the hotel. Our daughter loved the pool and hot tub.
The hotel is located in the centre of Jasper. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.
There is washing machine and dryer to do your own laundry and it is very cheap
