My sister and I loved Perissa. We spent our first day on a 12-hour tour of the island and got a great overview of Santorini. We spent a day in Fira and decided that we made the right decision for us to stay in Perissa. Perissa served as a wonderful station for our trip to Santorini. I was far more interested in the history of the island and seeing everything Santorini had to offer. If you are looking for a beach vacation with anything you might need within walking distance, then Perissa would be perfect for your stay. The location was great with a view to the dome, there is free parking if somebody is visiting by car. We had the room on the ground floor with patio and dining table and chairs. After the checkout you can leave your luggage at the reception if you are leaving later and you are also able to work from the reception the wifi is very very good.
