The hosts were wonderful! They couldn’t have done enough to make my stay extra special! They were great communicators. The apartment was right in the centre of town. It was spacious, comfortable and cozy. The bus dropped me right in front of the apartment. There is a well stocked grocery store next door. The tourist information centre is very close. The woman I spoke with many times was extremely helpful. I am so happy I made the easy trip south to stay in this very picturesque town. Thank you E&H!😊

The whole house was lovely, everything was super clean and beautifully furnished. There is eveything you might need in the house, even a big fridge and an oven. Check-in was easy and simple, we received detailed instructions before our arrival. The communication was also great. We needed to store our bags a couple of hours before check-in time. The owner got back to us very quickly and accomodated our request. He then let us know that the room was ready around half an hour early on his own which was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would point out, is that the lock mechanism feels, like you need and engineering degree :-D. But we figured it out after couple of tries (P.S. you need to pull the handle up but not all the way up)

English Review for Faroes Cottage This lovely cottage may not be large in size, but it feels incredibly warm and homely. Staying here offered us an immersive experience that made our Faroe Islands trip feel like traveling back 100 years in time, bringing a unique and authentic vintage vibe. The host is extremely kind, responsive and thoughtful. We accidentally left our belongings behind after check-out. To our great surprise, the host took the initiative to send our lost items by ferry to the capital at the earliest opportunity, which was such a heartwarming gesture and saved us a lot of trouble. We truly appreciate the host’s great hospitality and sincere help. It has been such a wonderful stay, and we will definitely come back again if we have the chance!
