The Host, most importantly! The property is luxurious for this price vs. hotels. In a hotel there is less chance for such a good friend in-house who helps with everything and so. I got a very decent small house next to the big settlement with full private areas. The host helped me to sort out questions regarding tours too and took me into the city too and gave airport transfer as well. Plus above any other property: amenities, full of them, not only a bottle of water. I advise everyone to book here and apart having a decent deal of an apartment, good to know a very intelligent, wise, transparent and open-minded man! It is great for those too who are short in time and first timers on this island. You definitely would want to return after this!

Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer (Sieht man auf dem Bild)

Dieses Bed & Breakfast im Bahamian-Stil in Nassau verfügt über einen Außenpool mit Wasserfall und ein hoteleigenes Restaurant. Our room was beautiful, lovely wooden floor and a huge balcony. Chris met us on arrival and checked us in and he couldn't have been more heplful to us. We were having difficultly with our phones and he very kindly contacted the driver who was to pick us up the next day for a day trip , to confirm the pick up time. We met Shanique the following day and she was just as kind and helpful.
