This family-run gem offers a unique blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty that truly makes it stand out. From the moment we arrived, Vaa and Joliene, the wonderful hosts who manage the property, welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that we instantly felt at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect made the experience unforgettable. The property itself is a slice of paradise. Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The combination of the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and personal touches made our stay truly special. Cheran and her mum, were super hosts and managers of the Tai Roto Bay Resort. We were greeted at the airport with big smiles and beautiful personalities. Arriving at our beachfront villa took our breath away at the sight of the lagoon right out front. Welcome to Paradise. Villas was gorgeous, clean and bed super comfy with a yummy breakfast delivered daily and very private. Great local cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The location was perfect. The house was immaculately clean and presented beautifully. We loved the deck and being able to sit outside for breakfast.
