Located just a 10-minute drive from Lerwick, Herrislea House Hotel is licensed and offering snacks and mini meals using local products, free WiFi in all rooms, and free parking. Such an interesting and historical house with so much to look at and enjoy in each room. Our bedroom was roomy, the bed was very comfortable and the nights in the country were oh so quiet. Located about 10 minutes away from Lerwick, it is a great location for exploring both Lerwick and the rest of Shetland. The dining room provided a spectacular dinner for us one evening with the best salmon we ate in all of Scotland. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at Easterhoull Chalets free of charge. Outdoor dining is also possible at the chalet. Location was great, fantastic views and easy to find. Chalet was self catering and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, to bed linen and towels. Outside was plenty of parking spaces, a landscaped garden up the side of the hill and the host had their studio and craft shop on site, where you can purchase a variety of items: paintings, resin jewellery, buttons, postcards, gifts, hanging mobiles etc The garden and workshop were certainly an added bonus to our stay at the chalet, will definately return
