The Villa was located right on the beach with direct access through the gate. We had 3 tavernas within a few minutes walk and were close to the beautiful Preveza.
The apartment was beautifully designed with a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea. The inside space was modern, stylish and generous - even better than the photos!
Our hosts were so welcoming and accommodating - Athina and Billy couldn't do enough for us and gave us local recommendations and helped us make arrangements for trips etc. Thank you!
If you are visiting Preveza - the Villa Athina is the place to stay. Fabulous.

Perfect accommodation with very friendly wellcome. Everything was beautiful. Very clean apartment and full equipped. The centre of the city is almost 500 metres while the closest beach is at the same distance. We enjoyed ourselves as we had the opportunity to escape to the other beaches because of the ability to access.

We had a very pleasant experience at this accommodation. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, with everything you might need both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The location is great – just a few minutes’ walk to a nicely maintained beach, as well as to the town and the port. Although the surroundings of the building are a bit unappealing, this does not take away from the overall quality of the stay. Highly recommended!
Boasting an outdoor pool, Ionion Star Hotel is located in Preveza Town, within 600 metres of the centre. It offers accommodation opening out to a balcony with mountain, pool and garden views.

This bustling town with its array of welcoming tavernas will fill your mind with happy memories .An early evening walk along the water's edge will bring you close to the great variety of boats which line the marina. We plan to return next year.

The town was very nice and friendly. I liked the architecture in the town & enjoyed walking around.
I October the place was quiet but weather was sunny and warm. Good food , highly recommend Anti Varo restaurant. Cocktails go to Cubana bar & get a zombie . Had a great day on boat trip with Epitonia . Good holiday & airport nearby.

It was an ecxeptional experience. we really enjoined our stay here. the ancient city offers a wonderfull way of alternative vacations. you could walk around the ancient walls of the city of nicopolis and in ths same time inside the walls there were parcels of small greenhouses with diffrent plants . A lot of green trees as olive trees , figs and other fruit trees.
you can visit the museum first so you can understand better what you see when you get in site.
Nikopolis is very near with the city of Preveza and the Monolithi beach. there is a variety of things to do and it`s really relaxing.

Preveza town itself is one main street leading from the motorway up past the bus station and on to larger areas of Greece. Then there is a middle walking route with a parade of shops, some touristy, but overall a mixture, with small tavernas leading to the central cathedral; there is a lovely bakery just past there! Then the promenade along where the many yachts are parked next to the large bay area. You can take a boat trip from here to see dolphins and turtles. There is very little in the way of historic areas, other than on the outskirts past the bus station where you will find ruins and the Archaeological Museum. There is a small secluded beach to the far end of the promenade, where they play boules and you can relax on sunbeds. There is an old castle of sorts in this area and large trees to hide from the midday sun during peak summer.

Little village with a beach and just a few cafes and restaurants that is entirely Greek, virtually no other nationalites seem to visit the place. On the down size this also means that the service in all of the cafes and restaurants is catered to Greek expectations, so always friendly yet never quick or efficient, expect to spend a lot of time waiting. If the place is busy, ie. more than 4 tables occupied, then you can expect to wait a very long time indeed!

Really gorgeous, quite substantial town with lots of very nice shops and restaurants. There is a beach just out of town which I didn’t visit so can’t comment on that. We went on the Odysseus boat trip which was excellent. This is a great place if you like boats. A hire car is needed if you want to get to the excellent beaches to the west and south. Driving on the roads is not too difficult but ask for advice from hire car people. We enjoyed eating at Margarita & Nissi’s
