Location was great, Castle in the back yard, Shannon River at the fence and the Airport just across the river. Was great sitting out the back with the view and watching the minimal planes in the air. Having a Washing Machine and Dryer on site was a massive bonus.

Feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere but groceries, cafes and restaurants just 10-15 minutes away. Paul, the proprietor, was delightful and took us around the property to have a look at the grounds and castle. They’re getting underway after just finishing building so a few nits to work out but really great couple nights there.

When I asked for a late checkout, the owner agreed without any questions. I highly recommend this accommodation in Shennon, for this money in Ireland it is very difficult to find good accommodation. Thanks to the owner for the hospitality.
