Great location inside the airport, even if you arrive in another terminal, you can catch a free shuttle bus and get there in minutes. Super friendly staff, communicate very well in English all of them. Clean and organized place, both private and shared spaces. The sleep environment is quiet, enough light to just find your way around, ventilated, and the capsules have a good space and are comfortable, no problems at all to have a nice rest.

I had a pleasant stay at Narita Tobu Hotel Airport. The staff were very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth. The room was comfortable, with Western-sized space in both the bedroom and bathroom, which was a nice surprise in Japan. The highlight was the excellent free shuttle service—it runs frequently and covers all three Narita Airport terminals, as well as a convenient route to the large Aeon Mall in Narita City. It made transit and shopping incredibly easy. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient airport hotel, and the shuttle service truly stood out.
