Booked only 1 room in The Glory Hotel and Residence to celebrate my birthday with family but ended booking total of 3 rooms!. I asked them if it is possible to check in early. They allowed us to check in 10am instead of the usual 3pm check in time since there is already available room. From the moment we checked in, they already showed exceptional service and hospitality. Check in process was seamless. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious so we decided to invite our friends and book another 2 rooms.
What truly sets The Glory Hotel and Residence apart, is its staff. Everyone, from the security guards, lifeguard, housekeepers, front desk team, and managers showed level of professionalism and kindness that made our stay a magnificent one.
They allowed us to bring outside food even assisted us in bringing them inside our room. They also received and brought the food we ordered from Grabdelivery.
Breakfast buffet was good too!
Enjoyed swimming pool area so much
Wifi is great.
Best part is they also allowed us to check out late (6pm).

Staff are accommodating and helpful!
My booking is supposed to be for Dec 28-29 but I booked wrong dates. The 2 receptionist (Gladys and Christian) at the hotel are very accommodating to help us. They called the manager and Red Doors who are handling the hotel booking. Fortunately, the manager agreed to reschedule the booking and accordingly, we were accommodated. They even gave us 2 deluxe rooms for each of the executive rooms I booked as there is no available executive rooms anymore. We really appreciate the effort they made for us, its exceptional! Will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

Clark is really nice to visit every now and then.
Clark is really nice to visit every now and then. It has many activities, nice malls, good food and even has its own international airport.
I recommend Best Western Hotel, Widus Hotel and Parkinn (altho parkinn has been more expensive lately for no clear reason and usually fully booked).
You can go hiking, or even try a discovery flight with many flying schools there. Have fun in Clark!
