The view and overall harmony of hotel elements: staff, facilities, views. It looks like a rich resort both from the lake and from when on land. The team and owner are great and very cooperative, can advise on surrounding area and help arranging a bit more adventures. Due to business activities, our time was short but I would return to stay longer to enjoy it in full. Tip: find the avocado tree!

This is high class rooms property in area. Great location and I liked help of staff and arrangement of early morning packed breakfast for our chimpanzee tracking at Nyungwe at 5am.

The staff was very accommodating! Food was very good. Location and lake views were beautiful, especially the sunset over the water. The cottage we stayed in was good for 2-4 people. The staff prepared a fire in the evening out on the porch for us.
