TABITHA the front desk gal was incredible! She took care of my WiFi problem (inability to connect). Seriously a 5 star! The housekeeper (long blonde hair) whose name I neglected to get, was so sweet to help me get my cat out from behind the bed. This was the only lodging that actually had maintenance guys! The phone in my room didn't work so the maint. man changed the cord and fixed it. I liked that they had shelves with "things you forgot" on it. I liked the whole experience!

The two Museums -- Mohave Desert Museum and the Route 66 Museum were informative and very pleasant. The pictures of the Dust Bowl and the suffering families and the truck with all the goods in it was evocative

We loved Kingman, a great little place.
We loved Kingman, a great little place. We had got information from YouTube before we went so headed for "Mr D's diner where we had lovely food and a great milkshake. Took photos of the historic cars outside and then made our way to the Route 66 museum. Loads of photo opportunities to capture the Route 66 sign, train locomotive and the passing Amtrak freight and passenger trains. Kingman is walkable but there are taxis.

I like Kingman it's a small town yet big enough.
I like Kingman it's a small town yet big enough. It is HOT during the summertime - but the nights are nice. I'm from a big city here you can see the stars that I can't in the city with to many nights. It's very easy getting around in Kingman.
