JapanThe hotel is well located, just a couple of minutes walking to every main tourist spot (the castle, Kenroku-en, both Chaya districts, the fish market and the station), it took us about 15 ~ 25 min to these locations. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, it made the check in procedure much easier.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted great. (don't expect a western breakfast! They did have some rolls and jam, but the rest was traditionally Japanese dishes but we prefer that anyways) The public bath is lovely and the rooms were lovely as well. Location was great, it's in a very lively area with lots bars/karaoke/restaurants around. The hotel itself is very quiet and calm so you don't have to worry about noise. Bus stop right outside the hotel making it very easy to get to all attractions. Breakfast was excellent with both western and Japanese foods. Our room was big, it also has a foot massage in the room which is a plus after a long day out. The hotel has coin operated washing machines and dryers as well. The hotel in Kanazawa had a amazing breakfast with fresh seafood donburi, tempura, lots of japanese options. The onsen was great, as was the manga library.
