This recently renovated aparthotel is located 300 metres from Plage Lido and 700 metres from Avenue Jean Medecin. Cimiez Monastery is 4 km away and Castle Hill of Nice is 1.6 km from the aparthotel. The lady which was working there, takes care is so much, that’s the reason I will definitely come and stay here again, if I’ll visit Nice again, thank you so much again.

Located 150 metres from the beach and 2.5 km from Sainte Maxime Centre, Villa Cote d’Asoet offers a seasonal heated swimming pool in its garden and a terrace. The accommodations are decorated in a modern and elegant style. Everything here is beautiful and very good location. The owners Monique and Leon were the best hosts ever.
