This was a perfect apartment for our stay. It had all the basics and was well presented. The bed felt very luxurious and was large. Communication was excellent and gaining access to the apartment was easy. Located across the river, it was in a perfect location to walk to the old town but also far enough away to be very quiet at night. We highly recommend this property.

InnHeaven Aparetments, SO VERY NICE! I highly recommend InnHeaven Apartments. We stayed in the secret garden apartment which has two bedrooms each with effectively king beds (twins matched side by side) and it has proven to be one of the most comfortable and well equipped places that we have enjoyed in Austria. It is quiet, safe, surgically clean, and outfitted with wifi, kitchen, and other accoutrements that one might expect to enjoy. It is very close to the central area of Innsbruck yet not on the main drag and not subject to the throngs of other visitors walking in the opposite direction of your direction of travel. Walk across the bridge over the river Inn and you are practically here. It is about a 15 minute or so walk from the Hauptbahnhof but that is my impression dragging too much luggage without running shoes. The owners were very attentive, communicative, and so helpful to us without even asking. I give Five Stars here without hesitation.

We loved it! Beautiful, new, clean , cozy apartment. Nicely decorated. Floor heating works great. It was warm the whole day and night. Delongi coffee machine with capsules, perfect to start the morning having coffee and enjoying amazing views from living room or terrace. It is also well equipped, with a dishwasher and everything else that one needs. There is a lot of parking space in front of the apartment. It is a 10 min ride to the city center with a lot of parking garages to choose. Innsbruck center is beautiful btw. There is a huge shopping mall 1km away with supermarkets, dm, bakery, restaurants... perfect for getting a fresh breakfast. We will definitely come again.

Cozy apartment. Super comfy beds. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of the essentials needed to prepare and cook our food. Jacuzzi tub was a bonus, especially with our boys. The views were beautiful from every window. A true gem.

The apartment is equipped with all the facilities, has a parking place right by the window, the surroundings are very nice and location very quiet. A couple of good restaurants and ski rental within 5 minutes walking, 15 minutes by bus to Innsbruck, 2 minutes by bus to the nearest ski slope, 40 minutes by car to the huge Stubai gletcher skiing area. The kitchen served us very well, there were all the utensils we needed for our short stay, and we cooked every day. There is a spar right downstairs, which made it extra convenient. The apartment was clean and the furniture was quite comfortable. Thomas was very friendly and welcoming. He even met us at the train station and drove us to the apartment.
