The location and the apartment are both outstanding. I've used booking.com to arrange >70 stays. This was one of the most interesting and mostly in a good way. The kitchen is well equipped. The coffee machine is great. The decor and design of the apartment are amazing. The host responds quite promptly to texts. The apartment is quiet, at least when we visited in Nov 2023. Some nice restaurants and shops. Great seafood, either in restaurants or in shops if you like cooking. It was a memorable stay. This property takes some extra work to get into and use in our experience. But this is well worth the effort, and the host, in our experience, is quite gracious. And please respect this very nice property as the previous visitors have done.

The property was finished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and very close to the town centre and harbour area. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. there was everything included within the apartment to make your stay comfortable and even a modern washing machine if needed. There roadside parking directly outside but if these are full there is ample parking just 150 meters away. On arrival don’t be put off by the the outside view of the building as inside it is fantastic and modern.

This is one of the best apartments in Europe that my wife and I have ever stayed in during more than 10 years of travels. This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances worked properly. The view of the ocean from the living room was exceptional. Wi-Fi worked very well and the parking was easy to use. The hosts, Armelle and Yves-Marie, were exceptionally caring and helpful. Highly recommended.

The energetic host, Yves-Marie, met us at the entrance during storm, showed us all details of amply equipped apartment, explained how to use things. He speaks fluently English and German; when we departed, he came along with his wife and we could thank her for the cake that we received as a bonus at checking in. One of the best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in, with side view to the (stormy) sea. Walking distance to Concarneau centre.

The Apartment is fabulous. Owner is very friendly, kind and very helpful. He personally came to handover the keys as we arrived after midnight, very late, and offered us water and breakfast as we were tired, I never experienced such warm hospitality. Highly recommend.

The kitchen area was better equipped than many much bigger kitchens that we have had elsewhere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A 10 minute walk from the centre a Concarneau.

The town and port were a short 10 minute walk away. The kitchen was very well stocked and the apartment was spacious. Good sized bathroom, separate dressing room, large kichen/loung/diner with sea view. The bedroom a reasonable size.
