We spent almost 2 weeks with 2 small children. The location is absolutely perfect: close to the beach and promenade, bus to old town stops in front of the property, supermarket downstairs. The apartment was even better than the pictures, spacious, clean, comfortable… absolutely beautiful and well mantained property. The staff is the best part, they are downstairs so very easy in case you need anything. They were wonderful helping us with transfers, suggestions for things to do and visit, small requests and they even brought us a cake. One of the best stay ever especially if you travel with children! Thank you

The experience we had at this stay (and especially with the host Jelena), was exceptional. We arrived late, but Jelena welcomed us personally and asked if we wanted to join her and some other guests for a drink and a refreshment on her terrace. This was a very pleasant evening and this hospitality continued throughout our stay to the extent that this goes beyond hospitality and is absolutely not to be expected / taken for granted when booking your stay (e.g. cooking a home-made meal). Jelena truly cares about her guests and is one of the purest persons you will meet. The apartment itself was very clean and in perfect condition, everything is still new. In addition, the air conditioning worked extremely well. We loved the location of the apartment: we enjoy a short walk and the apartment is ideally situated between both old town and the sights in Lapad (e.g. cave bar, beaches, nice restaurants). Outside there is plenty of room to relax and the pool is a nice extra to cool yourself down. Furthermore, we could safely park our car at the apartment (which is located on a quiet street). You'll be lucky if the accommodation is still free! We will definitely return.

We asked if it was possible to leave our luggage before the check-in time, and that was fine, so that was also nice because we could use the time to sightsee. Getting there with luggage was very convenient as we didn't have to walk too far from the taxi drop off. The ladies who greeted us were so friendly! It was also well equipped, clean and has a bus station in front of the condominium which can get you to Old Town in about 10min. Also, it's quite near the Dubrovnik Boat Port which is a great advantage for exploring other places in Croatia.JoséGroup

The balcony has a beautiful view over the harbour and is nice to sit with a glass of wine. There is a bus stop 2 mins walk away which takes you until the Old Town. The communication was great with the host. I stupidly left my sunglasses and the host arranged for me to get them back. Thanks again ☺️

Small kitchenette, could need a better/sharper knife for cutting, but very nice to have a small refrigerator. You share the terrace with the other residents. Very short walk to a small supermarket, busstop and beaches. The host was very nice to share advice on sightseeing, restaurants etc.
