Well set in the centre of Ottawa, Bright, Clean, Private. In the Heart of Downtown! Parking, Wi-Fi and Netflix included offers a balcony, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. This apartment provides free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.4 km from Parliament Hill. The place was super clean. The access was easy and the apartment was super close to lots of restaurants and our show venue. Easy to get the buses from nearby. The hosts even put out a few packets of oatmeal for us to use in the morning. Towels were placed in each room, extra blankets were available in a storage closet.

There isn’t enough room or time to state how much we loved this amazing gem. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Margaret made sure everything down to the delicious breakfast (homemade bread) detailing by labeling all necessary food items to the bathroom amenities and the beautifully groomed garden. The balcony overlooking the garden was frosting on the cake, making her garden shop a cherry on top.

The rooms were professionally cleaned and immaculate, with high-quality furniture and super comfortable beds, pillows, and linens. I usually have trouble sleeping in new places, but this suite was exceptionally comfortable. Our high-rise unit provided fantastic city views. The host was very responsive and hospitable. Even though we were 30 minutes late due to traffic, he waited for us patiently in the lobby. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. Despite having other guests arriving the same day, the host was very accommodating and granted us a late checkout. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in downtown Toronto. It surpasses many 5-star hotels in quality and service.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The property offers allergy-free units and is situated 18 km from BMO Field. Very clean and homey, has all the facilities you need and theres a store a couple minutes away too! Host is very friendly, price was amazing too, my first time in canada and i was pleasantly surprised at how nice the area and the property were! I would 100% come back
