The terrace has a really nice view overlooking Pico. we really enjoyed our stay. We only had contact with the host via message. you’ll get a key code to check in. This is the kind of check in we prefer. You don’t need to let the host know when exactly you’ll arrive. because you can come in to the house yourself. The host responds really quick if you have a question or need something.

The owner was very kind to us because we didn't have the car so she picked us up in the evening after the trip by ferry so it was easy and cheap to reach the place! The house was perfect with a complete kitchen where to cook (without a car it is quite difficult to go to the city for dinner, more or less 31 minutes by walking in a street where there are only cars). Everything was perfect during our stay!

Independent apartment/ studio (ground floor, the studio has no view to the sea) in a private house (the host live in the first floor), Cantinho D'Avenida is located at the end of Avenida do Livramento in the Entre Morros area, in the municipality of Velas, São Jorge Azores. This area is quiet and cozy being 10 minutes from the bathing area of the “Preguiça”, 14 minutes from the Bathing Pool of “Poça dos Frades” (these two areas are natural pools on the seafront). The center of the village is relatively close, spending between 10 and 15 minutes to get there. The Entre Morros area in the summer offers us a wonderful sunset, as well as the fascinating sound of the Cory´s shearwaters – Cagarros. In the first floor you can use the swimming-pool and one relax area with view to the sea and Morro. Cantinho D'Avenida is a cosy and smartly arranged apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped. Monica is a very warm and helpful host. I strongly recommend this place!
