The room is spacious, furniture is new, wardrobe is huge, closet drawers too. I loved the bed. Didn’t have such a good sleep for ages. Everything is super clean and the room service is every 2 or 3 days. Gym is nice, but I would prefer to have there one more fan instead of the TV. Swimming pool is nice and clean with new towels daily. Location is great, everything you need is pretty close to the residence but you are not in noisy place.

The apartment is located between Chaweng and Lamai disctricts which makes it a convenient location. Thought it is advisable to have your own car or scooter in Koh Samui, as the main ring road doesn't have a sidewalk. The apartment was very clean, in a quiet area where you don't hear the main road. It's in a calming place surrounded by birds. Parking is available in front of the property. Laundry service available just a minute away from the apartment. The communication with Johnny the host was very easy and smooth and he always replied to our inquiries and questions. He offered to arrange as well for a car rental service and drop off at the pier on the last day. Overall very good quality for the price. I definitely recommend it! Thank you Johnny :)

We stayed for a night as we have a flight in samui airport early the next morning and host really facilitated late check in and early check out.
