Please use the QR code in your e-voucher to enter the park. Both mobile and printed vouchers are accepted.
You can enter Park Güell up to 30 minutes after the selected timeslot. For example, if you buy a ticket for 09:30, you can only enter from 09:30–10:00.
The nearest bus stop is Travessera de Dalt, served by lines H6 and D40. The meeting point will be a ten-minute walk away. The tour provider recommends the access to be from either Avinguda del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntaya, with automatic stairs' system, or from Carrer Larrard.
The nearest metro station is Lesseps station, served by green line 3. The meeting point will be a 20-minute walk away. The recommended entrance is from Avinguda del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya, which has an escalator.
The Vallcarca stop on line 3 is not recommended, as the mechanical stairs at Baixada de la Glòria are currently out of service and make it difficult to reach the park.
If you're arriving by taxi, Park Güell has two taxi stands located on rambla de Mercedes and carretera del Carmel.
If you're arriving by car, you can use the BSM Travessera de Dalt (Park Güell car park).
For the Bus Turistic and Barcelona City Tour, take the Bus Turistic, served by blue line. The stop is at Park Güell.
For the Barcelona City Tour, the route is 'East' green colour and the stop is also Park Güell. The stop is located on Avinguda de la Mare de Deu de Montserrat, which takes ten minutes on foot, and the recommended entrance is on Carretera del Carmel through Avinguda de Pompeu Fabra.
Children aged 13 years and above will be charged the same rate as adults. Please note that Park Güell requires tickets for all participants regardless of price or age; please ensure you have a ticket for every member of your group. A paying adult must accompany children aged 0–6 years and children must have their own tickets. Child/concession tickets can be purchased directly through Park Güell and are subject to availability. However, child tickets cannot be purchased on this offer; only adult tickets (13+) can be purchased on this offer. Participants with reduced physical mobility can enter for free but must be accompanied by a carer. Please note that the operational hours are from 09:30–19:30, daily. The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time. It will be sent to you via email in a PDF, 48 hours before the tour. Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue. It's recommended to visit Park Güell in the early morning to avoid the crowd and ensure you have ample of time to see the park, the visit usually takes at least two hours to visit the major part of the park, and you can spend as many hours as you like at the park. The park doesn't have artificial lights, it's highly recommended to go during the daytime. You can access Park Güell from the entrance to Carrer Marianao, or from the entrance of Carretera del Carmel (recommended). Please download the inclusive visits app before the tour. The app will show you which areas of the park are most accessible and provide information on how to get there. The tour provider recommends two easy routes for you during your visit, following them in any order you wish: - Architectural route: where you can see Park Güell’s most iconic sites. The route will take roughly 50 minutes - Other visitable sites route: where you can follow the viaduct’s path up to Casa Trias.
