On this ten-hour day trip, you'll depart from Munich Central Station in the morning and travel to the Franconian city of Nuremberg. The train will drop you at the main railway station in the heart of the Old Town district, right inside the well-preserved medieval city walls. From there, your guide will take you on a 90-minute walking tour past all the main attractions in the beautiful city.
Along the way, on the cobbled streets of Nuremberg, you'll get to discover many churches and the Albrecht Dürer house where the world-famous Renaissance artist lived. You'll walk through the historic market square, home to a vibrant daily market and the beautiful 14th-century fountain.
Your group will be accompanied throughout by a guide who will explain the various chapters of Nuremberg's history, from its days as an imperial trading city right up to the Reformation and Third Reich.
