On this day tour from Santander, you’ll get to discover two highlights of the Cantabria region – the Picos de Europa mountain range and the village of Potes.
You’ll set off early in the morning and head to Fuente Dé, where you’ll have the option to take a cable car and reach an altitude of over 5.9 feet for views of the surroundings. You’ll then proceed towards the Monastery of Santo Toribio de Liébana, a renowned pilgrimage destination where you’ll have the opportunity to see the shrine in which a piece of Jesus Christ's wooden cross is kept. Finally, you’ll reach Potes, where you’ll have lunch and some free time to wander around before going back to Santander.
