Known as the 'Garden of France', the Loire Valley is a region of natural beauty and castles. Starting in Paris, you'll be driven first to Château de Chambord. This castle was built in 1519 and features stunning architecture and sweeping staircases, one of which is rumored to have been designed by Leonardo da Vinci.
After some free time to have lunch or visit the Château Royal de Blois, you'll be taken to the Château de Chenonceau, also built in the 16th century. The castle straddles a river and is home to original carvings and tapestries.
You can then continue to tour the castle or sample three of the chateau's wines at the Cave des Dômes.
