    Address: Exchange your voucher for your Royal Edinburgh ticket at Waterloo Place. Ticket sellers stand next to the tour buses and will issue your Royal Edinburgh Ticket, they will scan your mobile voucher and issue a 48 hour ticket with a portion for each attraction. They will, at that point reserve your Edinburgh Castle entry for you. This cannot be done in advance and we guarantee entry so do not worry if the Castle website has sold out. The Palace of Holyrood house is closed during the following dates in 2023 1 7 April, 6 May 18-27 May, 29 Jun - 7 July, No part refund can be given.
