The park offers activities for all ages, varying in difficulty and intensity. Swings over the river, trampolines, and other exercises at the outdoor gym. The more adventurous can climb treehouses or use the cable car. There's plenty of space for ball games.
From the park, a steep (marked with red signs) trail begins. We walked for over an hour among majestic firs and other trees. We reach 1,260 meters in altitude to admire the panoramic view towards the Maliakos Gulf. And the 'Iron Throne,' a spectacular construction reminiscent of Game of Thrones.
We conclude the hike at the 'Musikoni' bridge, shaped like piano keys. The resemblance isn't just visual; as we cross it, piano music plays. On the opposite bank of the Asopos, the Hydropower Museum operates. Traditional arts and crafts once powered by water are housed in a stone-built complex, including the sawmill, watermill, Manta, and the water slide (Tristila).
