For this experience, you’ll head to the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in the heart of Dublin to discover Ireland’s rich whiskey heritage. You’ll learn about the history of the Teeling family and the rise, fall and rebirth of the Irish whiskey industry.

On the distillery floor, you’ll follow the five steps of the whiskey-making process, from grain to glass. Your tour will also include a tasting of some of the distillery’s award-winning whiskeys.

    Walking directions from Saint Patrick’s Cathedral (five-minute walk): with Saint Patrick’s Cathedral on your left, head straight along Patrick’s Street. Take the first right at the traffic lights up Dean Street. Following the signs for the Teeling Whiskey Distillery and turn left up New Row South. At the junction, turn right up Ward’s Hill. Ward’s Hill becomes Newmarket Square where the distillery is located. Driving directions from Saint Stephen’s Green (approx. seven minutes): head northeast on St Stephens Green/R138 towards Hume Street. Bear right onto Merrion Row/R138. Bear right onto Pembroke Street Lower/R138. Turn right onto Leeson Street Lower/R138. Continue onto St Stephens Green/R110. Turn left onto St Luke's Avenue/R110.
